Willow Grove Physical Therapy was founded to provide outstanding physical therapy care and expertise to those suffering with dizziness, imbalance, orthopedic and neurological conditions.

 

   

About Us

Margaret Fitzpatrick, President

Margaret Fitzpatrick

 Margaret Fitzpatrick, PT, DPT, OCS is a 1990 Temple University graduate (summa cum laude). She received her doctorate in physical therapy in 2004. Her clinical experience is one of diversity. She began her career in a dynamic rehabilitation hospital and subsequently had the opportunity to work around the country as a traveling physical therapist.

     Margaret developed her clinical expertise in orthopedics while managing several outpatient rehabilitation clinics. The American Physical Therapy Association awarded her with a Board Certification in Orthopedics in 1998 for her extensive experience in orthopedics and successful exam completion.

     In 1999 Margaret became certified in vestibular rehabilitation for the treatment of dizziness and imbalance and has successfully treated many patients with these conditions. She founded a vestibular support group in the Bucks-Montgomery County area and frequently gives presentations on this topic.

  As a competitive runner and tri-athlete, Margaret also enjoys working in sports rehabilitation and fitness program development. It is with pleasure that she brings this experience and passion for her work to Willow Grove Physical Therapy.

  

Michelle Lazarski, Staff Physical Therapist 

     

     In February of 2003 we have had the pleasure of adding Michelle Lazarski, PT to our staff. She is a Boston University Graduate with 20+ years of experience. She comes to us from Thomas Jefferson University where she was a Clinical Team Leader of the Outpatient Program. Michelle is also a certified vestibular therapist.

       Michelle has also combined her love of animals with her physical therapy skills. She is certified & practices small animal rehabilitation. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys yoga & spending time with her Havanese Dog (Carla) & African Grey Parrot (Beau).

   

Gina McGovern, Staff Physical Therapist

Gina McGovern, PT a 1990 Temple University graduate has also joined our staff. She specializes in pain management, myofascial release and craniosacral techniques. She is a certified vestibular therapist.

   

Lynne Harding, Staff Physical Therapist

Lynne Harding, PT is Director of our Senior Fitness Program. Lynne is a 1986 Beaver College Graduate. She has extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation.She is a certified vestibular therapist.

   

Shelly Cammarata, Staff Physical Therapy Assistant

 

          In December 2009, Shelly Cammarata, PTA, joined WGPT.  Shelly graduated from West Chester University with her bachelor’s in health science.  She then graduated from Harcum College in 2000, with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree.  Shelly began her career working in orthopedics.  After 5 years as a PTA, she left physical therapy to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry.  After a 6 year career in the corporate culture at a large pharmaceutical company managing clinical trials and reporting on adverse events, Shelly realized that her strengths were helping and caring for people in an environment where her efforts make a difference in the quality of life for her patients. Shelly also instructs our group fitness and maintenance classes.

    

Jenna Klenieski, Staff Physical Therapist

 

Jenna Klenieski, DPT graduated from Temple University in May 2010 with her doctoral degree in physical therapy. Jenna comes with clinical rotation experience in acute care, orthopedics, vestibular, and pediatric physical therapy. Jenna has a Bachelor's in Science majoring in biology and an Associate's in Fine Arts majoring in dance. Jenna enjoys and has an intense background in dance with 20+ years experience and 8+ years of teaching from ages 3 to 80.

    

Valerie Romano, Staff Physical Therapist

 

Valerie Romano, MPT is a 1992 graduate of University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a Master’s degree of Physical therapy and a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. She has spent majority of her career in the out-patient setting and has experience  in mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the neck and back. She has studied the McKenzie techniques and  joined our clinic earlier this year.
