Physical Therapy in Willow Grove, Hatboro, and Glenside for Hip

Lay on your left side, with your hips and knees bent to approximately 45°.

Keep your ankles together.  Open your right knee 4-6 inches and lower with control.

Be sure not to let your hips rock backward.

Repeat as advised by your Willow Grove Physical Therapy Physical Therapist.
