Wall Flexion

Physical Therapy in Willow Grove, Hatboro, and Glenside for Knee

Lay on the floor, perpendicular to a wall with your right leg extended up the wall. 

Allow the right knee to bend as your foot slides down the wall with gravity. 

Actively extend the knee by sliding the foot up the wall again.

Hold and repeat as advised by your Willow Grove Physical Therapy Physical Therapist.
