Stand facing a table top. With your left hand on the table for support, bend forward until your right arm is hanging down and you feel a stretch gentle stretch at the shoulder. 

Keep your right arm fully relaxed and heavy and use your body to swing the arm in a gentle side to side or circular motion. Repeat as advised by a Physical Therapist at Willow Grove Physical Therapy.
