Senior Fitness Program
Willow Grove Physical Therapy is thrilled to have an excellent exercise program for our senior citizens. The focus of this program is flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance. All participants must have permission from their physician to participate in this program. Participants will have their past medical history reviewed and a balance screen performed.
A small fee of $5/class is required. Classes are on Wednesday and Friday at 10am.
One-on-One Weight Management and Lifestyle Management Classes
If you are concerned about your weight and are in need of guidance to make healthy lifestyle choices, then one-on-one weight management sessions may be right for you. Kelly Lafond is a Physical Therapy Aide and Health Advisor. She has over 10 years of experience helping people to lose weight and to keep it off.
