  NEW Exercise Class  
 

Exercise Class for People with Parkinson’s Disease

 

WHERE:  Hatboro Physical Therapy

WHEN:  Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 pm to 1 pm

               Classes starting: April 19, 2017

WHY Exercise has been shown to be extremely beneficial for people with

Parkinson’s Disease (PD).  Some physicians and researchers consider exercise   as important as medicine!  Regular exercise will reduce many

of the symptoms of PD, and improve balance, gait, tremor, coordination and grip strength.

HOW:  Call or email Hatboro Physical Therapy to schedule an evaluation or if you have any questions. 

FEE: $120/ 4 weeks (or $20/ class) min 4 participants required/class
