2. Go for walks daily, anywhere between 20-30 minutes

3. Avoid using sedating medication

4. Remove throw rugs/clutter on the floors 

5. Use night lights in dark rooms



Understanding ACL Injuries 

One of the most common injuries to the knee is a sprain or tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Treatment of an ACL injury depends on the individual and may include non-surgical or surgical options. Whether or not you undergo surgery, Physical Therapy is essential in order to properly rehabilitate the knee after injury to the ACL.
