I started seeing Dana at PT Solutions in June when my heel and foot pain were preventing me from being able to stand at work, do yard work, or even walk without pain. I told her my goal was to be able to do all those things as well as to be able to jog for exercise again. Dana and the team including Bob and Josie were very thorough. They gave me a broad array of treatments and exercises, regular appointments, and an app that walked me through all the stretches and exercises I needed to do with video examples to remind me. They were friendly and helpful throughout the experience, constantly checking in on my progress and adjusting their treatment to meet my needs. Their communication and expertise are excellent. It is now August, and I’m smiling — and sweating — as I type this because I just finished running three miles! I highly recommend PT Solutions!

I hyperextended my knee and strained my quadriceps less than a month before I was leaving for a hiking trip in Europe. Dana and Bob worked with me to get my leg back in shape and I was able to walk more than 10 miles per day for the week I was in Europe. Dana was very thorough with her questions of where my pain was and how I thought that it came about. She tested my strength, massaged the area of concern and manipulated my spine a bit, which gave me instant relief and more mobility. She then gave me three exercises to help with strengthening and stretching. I woke up one morning in pain and proceeded with the plan and the pain and stiffness had gone away. I continue to do these throughout the day. I am definitely feeling better.

Bob P. has designed a treatment plan for my 72 year old knee that had several issues which made walking painful and sleeping uncomfortable. A cortisone injection helped one issue. Bob's treatment plan addressed the other issues and has helped me to walk without pain and to sleep comfortably. My sessions are finished. Bob reviewed what I can continue to do at the YMCA to continue my rehab and encouraged me to continue the plan he had assigned for me to do at home. I would strongly recommend Bob for his expertise and thoughtfulness. Plus, an additional benefit when working with Bob for hours - he is an excellent conversationalist!

This PT team is awesome. Dana and Anthony really help me with various issues. I had hip pain which woke me up multiple times during the night. By my 3rd visit I could sleep with no pain. I can go up stairs without fear of falling. I do understand that no every person is going to experienced the same results and I know I have a bit to go yet. Following stretching and core exercises is a must. But I am so grateful 🙏 to Dana and Anthony for their care and taking the time to listen. I can't say enough great things about the PT Solutions crew in Harleysville. Before PT Solutions I had been living with pain that prevented me from being active, even walking was painful.Dana listened and understood my muscle pain/injury. She put me on a routine that had me back to running in just 2 weeks. I know everyone's results and recovery times are different but I wish I found Dana and the team sooner.If your in pain, call them and they'll get you sorted out.

I've been to a number of different PT facilities and my experience at PT Solutions of Harleysville was by far the best! Dana and Rachel were so attentive and friendly. At other PT facilities I felt the staff was juggling too many clients at once but with Dana and Rachel it was different. They seemed invested and I felt I had their full attention. I went twice a week for a month and it improved my quality of life tremendously. I feel better than I have in ages.

I have been to PT Solutions for help relieving hip and knee pain that prevented me from enjoying activities and completing tasks. Both times therapist staff (usually Rachael) with Dana in the lead helped me to become mobile and active again after years of pain. No surgery needed! They are knowledgable, patient, respectful, and caring. Dana was innovative and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I received the care specific to my needs. I am feeling energetic and largely pain free even going up and down stairs. I haven't felt this good in four years.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was with Rachel for the majority of my treatment for a broken ankle. She came up with a variety of mobility and strengthening exercises for me to work on and I noticed a big difference from the start of my treatment to the end! Rachel also reviewed with me how to create a balanced exercise regimen for me to work on after I had completed my treatment. I highly recommend this physical therapy clinic!

Went in for torn meniscus knee pain.5 weeks of PT - twice a weekNO MORE PAIN!I went in thinking there is no way that PT will fix this. I am going to need surgery.About 3 weeks later, I did not have any pain.Dr. Dana and the team pushed me in all the ways to see if they could "make it hurt," and they could not get it to hurt.I highly recommend PT Solutions and I am so grateful I chose the location at the YMCA.

I can’t say enough good things about the people who took care of me in pt solutions in harleysville I went to them 11 days after a complete knee replacement. They were very supportive and very friendly and were very informative.Rachel was one of the people who helped me for 10 weeks and she new how best to help me gave me encouragement but the best thing she did was push me. I feel 100% better because of the whole staff. Unlike many professionals who are throughly convinced of their own abilities to the point their course of action is predetermined, these two are extremely proficient at what they do but they also listen and modify their program in association with your feedback. They want you to get better but they emphasize pace and patience so you don't push to hard too fast.I have already recommended them to others I know that could use some assistance.

Came in with lower back issues. Had gone to Physical Therapy many years before with no satisfaction. Was skeptical but after a few weeks of therapy the Back pain has dissipated. I am impressed. I have to compliment Dana (PT therapist at Indian Valley YMCA location) she knew what she was doing and helped me. No one else had been able to. Very impressed. Also, had some hip pain due to over exertion and Dana was able to find the issue and address quickly. Again, very impressed.
