I went to Physical Therapy at the Hatboro location following Achilles surgery from an injury while rock climbing. From the moment I walked in the front door I felt welcomed and knew I was in the right place. My PT was Matt F. I cant say enough good things about him and all the staff. After months of hard work I was finally discharged. I'm actually going to miss seeing everyone there.

Just finished up 2 months of PT for a rotator cuff tear. The team at Willow Grove PT in Hatboro is awesome. They are all knowledgeable , caring, patient and professional. Thanks especially to Matt Fackner who worked with me to accomplish amazing results. He helped me to understand the factors involved with my shoulder injury and rehabilitation. I now have the tools and incentive to continue strengthening on my own at home and the gym. I highly recommend this business.

I went to the Hatboro facility of WG PT. My therapist was Jackie.Jackie exhibited effectiveness in addressing my needs. We worked on improving my balance. Her original assessment both eliminated possible problems as well as pinpointed areas that need improvement. We (me, not really her) did a variety of exercises to improve my balance. After 4 weeks I made progress. Assuming I continue with her recommendations, I should continue to improve.

There are so many things I can say. As a single mother, I was worried about having to bring my daughter with me; however, the staff was so kind about her tagging along. Matt was great to work with, and would create these little challenges for her. Even on the occasions when I worked with Jen, she would include her when she could. Overall, the staff was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I was given exercises to complete at home, and was sent home with bands to ensure I had the means to do them. At the end of the day, I am extremely happy that I chose this group and, if the need should arise in the future, I would choose them again.

I just finished a round of therapy with Matt Fackner. I worked with Matt in the past and I've always been pleased with his Professionalism, knowledge, skills and especially his personal touch. I hope I don't have to see him in the future, but if the necessity comes about I would no doubt request Matt. I would like to also mentioned that he was ably assisted by JD. A great young man who has a very promising futureMost important for me was dealing with my issues, but he also identified other issues that I needed to work on and I am very grateful for his knowledge and skills. The very best to all at Hatboro Physical Therapy.

I highly recommend Mike Amole, a wonderful physical therapist. Mike is very thorough in his evaluation and it quickly becomes clear that he is entirely knowledgeable about dizziness and balance issues and how to treat them. He patiently explained the procedures and answered my questions and I never felt rushed during the session. I only needed 2 appointments for Mike to alleviate my BPPV. He provides excellent care.

Glenside Physical Therapy is absolutely wonderful. The therapists are the nicest people. They got me from a walker to crutches, to a cane and now I can walk in a treadmill. Not only am I now walking, they worked to help improve my posture, balance, and strength. I'll miss them.

Excellent practice! I've gone to Willow Grove PT many times over the past several years for various issues. They are always friendly and professional. Other places I have been are not as attentive or patient-focused. This place focuses on patient needs and recovery. Kevin, my usual PT at the Glenside office, always makes adjustments to my at-home exercises as needed. It is definitely not a "one size fits all" type of place. I highly recommend this practice.

Willow Grove Physical Therapy is a clean, bright, and welcoming facility. All the staff are friendly, skillful and patient! For the first month, my therapist, Val, directed me in exercises for balance, and for muscle strengthening and stretching to relieve the pain in my knee. Each week she noted my progress and endurance. During the second month, Val encouraged me to work harder, to overcome my fear of pain, in order to reach my goal of returning to yoga practice. I am back on the mat, thanks to Val's guidance and encouragement.

After 3 years of living in pain and visiting countless specialists, chiropractors and physical therapists who performed X-rays, MRIs, ultrasound therapy and cortisone shots I was recommended to make an appointment with Erin. After thinking I would have to learn to live with chronic pain, she not only gave me encouragement and hope, but she taught me how to calm down my nervous system which she explained was firing at such a high level for an extended period of time. Less than three weeks later I am so grateful to be back to my physically active lifestyle and living my best life!

Had double knee replacement and was placed into home PT by surgeon for 2 weeks. My cousin highly recommended Matt at Hatboro Physical Therapy. Best choice I made. From day one Matt was patient & professional in leading my way to recovery. He answered all my questions and made each session more challenging (in a good way) by adding new exercises and not repeating all the previous ones. Just completed yesterday and now 8 weeks after surgery back on golf course!!!

I’ve had a problem with my neck for three months and have been to the Dr.’s to look at it. They had me go for X-rays and found nothing wrong to cause the pain I was in. They thought it would go away in time. Called back to the Dr.’s office and they ordered pt. One visit so far to pt and my neck is much better already. I’m sorry I didn’t get to Willow Grove Physical Therapy months ago. It’s not perfect yet but oh what a difference one trip there has done. I can now at least function in life’s duties.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dana and the Staff at Willow Grove Physical Therapy for contributing to the best Thanksgiving celebration I can imagine. In September I injured my neck and this resulted in constant pain from my ulnar nerve in my left arm. The loss of strength in my left arm, particularly in my left hand, was worse than the pain. One of the joys of my life is playing jazz guitar and because of this weakness, I was no longer able to play even rudimentary chords and lines. In addition, simple tasks like opening a jar and working out at the gym were no longer possible. Needless to say, I was becoming depressed and despondent. Through the program developed by Dana, the support of the other staff members and most importantly, the healing environment of Willow Grove Physical Therapy, I was able to regain 100% of my strength, mobility, and use. I am back to working out and running three times a week and also playing my guitar regularly. On Thanksgiving Day, I ran a 5K for the homeless in Washington D.C. and was only 90 seconds off of my regular time. I will always be grateful to you for the gift of wholeness that you have given to me. I am a true believer in the healing arts that you practice and would offer encouragement to anyone to enthusiastically follow the program that you outline. I wish all of you a blessed holiday season. Thank you so much for giving so much back to me.
Anne B.
I would like to thank Erin and the staff at WGPT for helping me with my dizziness and balance. I did not have faith that this would work when my ENT prescribed this therapy for me...What an incredible surprise! I cant believe how well I feel again after two very bad bouts with vertigo! Vestibular therapy really works!!! Erin was patient and kind as was everyone I encountered there. It was a great experience and I am grateful for their help!
Pete E.
Dana, I just wanted to express my deep gratitude for your excellent work once again! This past Sunday June 1st, 2014, I completed the San Diego Marathon in San Diego, CA and was able to run all 26.2 miles with my daughter. This was our first marathon we were able to run TOGETHER, and it was a very special event. 2013 was a rough year for me physically. You guys got me through my back issue (Herniated Disc) and my meniscus surgery/DVT recovery in a smart and steady fashion. You put me in excellent position to properly train for this marathon, by challenging me and making therapy fun and meaningful. I really appreciate all you did for me. If you or hear from Megan, let her know as well. I am very excited, and I am back!
Diane H.
I suffered a concussion in August, 2013, All my symptoms disappeared except the vertigo. My doctor recommended me to go to Willow Grove Physical Therapy. Erin diagnosed me with positional vertigo and after a few sessions I am dizziness-free. She and Julie Sergio and the rest of the staff are kind, considerate and most willing to help. I am getting my knee replaced and I will be going back there. A great place with great people

I had never been to a physical therapist until I met Dana. I was experiencing vertigo, and a physician recommended her to me. At all times, she was kind, pleasant, and very patient. I watched her assist others, and Dana listened to them and helped them through their exercises. I always left the office feeling so much better than when I went there.

I had a great experience at Willow Grove PT. Entire staff was professional and very nice to work with. Their recommendations for my recovery worked and gave me confidence to progress. They put me on the road to recovery very quickly.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's in November of 2012. I did not have the tremors. My most prominent symptom was severe stiffness of my left leg. I began therapy at Willow
Grove Physical in January of 2014. I was treated by Margaret Fitzpatrick and Julie Sergio. I am still taking therapy there two times per week. Therfore, I have had ample time to see, first hand, their professional practices and to experience the way that they treat their patients. I can say, without reservation, that my treatment has been excellent, and their handling of a difficult case like Parkinson's has been done with compassion and understanding, so that I am completely comfortable and very much at ease with all of my sessions. I really do look forward to each session.
My session begins with stretching of my hamstrings and quads,, done by the therapist. Then I am given a massage of my neck, shoulders, upper and lower back. Then I am given stretches of my upper and mid back. Next are balance exercises, followed by a series of "Big Movements" and some standing stretches. Next are specific walking movments that consist of correct form walking, turning, side stepping, turning and jogging. We also practice the correct way to climb and descend stairs.
About three months ago we started boxing. The therapist uses mits to catch my punches as we work through a series of one/ two combinations, hooks, uppercuts, and backhands. I throw a total of 320 punches in about 10 minutes, and I work up quite a sweat.
We have now incorporated forced excercsing into my program. Using a recumbent bike, I start with 10 minutes of warm up followed by alternating one minute of 80 rpm and with one minute at 60 rpm. So far I am up to 10 minutes of 80 rpm and 10 minutes of 60 rpm. My goal is 40 minutes of forced exercise. When I am done with this exercise, I can walk normally without any dragging of my left leg.
The entire time I am supervised by either Julie or Margaret, who provide immediate feedback on my form, or whether I need to make any adjustments in my cadence, etc. Since I am now well into my second consecutive year, there is the question of whether the therapy is helping and whether I should continue taking it at the center instead at home.
Parkinsons is a progressive disease, whose symptoms are totally fickle. So the symptoms become worse as time goes on, and they vary in severity from day to day. I
had deep brain stimulation surgery in September of 2015 to hopefully improve these symptoms, however, I have not had a lot of sustained success so far from this surgery. For me, the therapy that I get at Willow Grove PT, is absolutely necessary in order to keep me in generally good physical condition, but just as important. to keep my outlook positive and my hopes high. Any improvement that I have achieved is due to the work at Willow Grove P.T.The boxing and forced cycling have become important factors in these areas, and I cannot do these at home.
Also, the encouragement provided by Julie and Margaret is powerful medicine, and is perhaps the most important thing of all.
My five star rating comes without reservation.
Hugh M.
In 2014 I had four falls on stairways requiring hospital treatment. In one I sustained multiply fractures of my spine and rib cage Following these falls, I started fall protection as part 0f my physical therapy at Willow Grove PT. Since those sessions, I have not had one fall on starirways. I live in a two story home with two lengthy stairways. I am extremely comfortable climbing and descending these stairways that I use many times each day.
Connie C.
I am currently going to WGVT and have started to feel some progress. Kevin has been my life line to getting well. I still have much more work to do, but with his knowledge, caring attitude, and patience, I keep coming back each week. Without him I would have given up! Every single person working there is kind and considerate. I love the girls at the front desk. Thanks to all for being there when I needed you the most.

Hi! I was having some issues with walking and was affecting my ability to travel. I decided I needed some some physical therapy. I wanted something close to my home and decided to give Willow Grove PT a try. Everyone is so helpful and nice My therapist Dan, explained to me that with a bit of therapy and exercise, that my knee which was bent for so many years would be straighter . My mom Elaine has been seeing Assaf for the last couple of months and has had an amazing experience! She's seen multiple PT's in the past and has never had one as knowledgeable and as patient as he is with her. She actually enjoys going and is improving with every visit! Thank You!!!

I've been going here, Hatboro office, for about 12 weeks following a shoulder replacement. My therapist, Assaf Zoor, is amazing. He pushes me to do what HE knows I can do, but does it in a gentle way. He listens to me and will adjust my treatment plan according to how I am feeling each day. He explains every exercise and movement, and also what I should and should not be feeling. He has given me confidence in my ability to move beyond what I thought would be possible. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend this entire group of physical therapists. I'm almost finished my therapy and will miss them when I graduate, especially Assaf!

I've been to Willow Grove PT for 3 separate issues now and this last time I used the Hatboro location. I have used other Physical therapy companies before I found Willow Grove/Hatboro PT and there is no comparison. I highly recommend them. The therapists are very professional and measure your results. They have greatly helped me with my various issues.
Maryanne W.
I have been to Willow Grove PT for 2 different problems and can only give them the highest recommendation. I worked with several different therapists and all of them treated me as if I was their only patient. They were knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, determined to help me. From the minute you walk I you feel welcome when the receptionists greet you by name. I highly recommend this practice.

Willow Grove Physical Therapy has really helped with a few forms of dizziness that I have been experiencing. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I know that I have experienced mild dizziness for years but when it became unbearable, the team was able to get me on track and retrain my brain so that I am less dizzy and more stable on my feet.

I cannot speak highly enough of Willow Grove PT or more specifically Kevin, my primary therapist. I started at WGPT follow a vehicle accident, the office admin staff were easy to work with in setting the first evaluation appointment, explaining the process I would go through, and configuring the billing against my auto insurance. My first visit consisted of a thorough examination, strength testing, and most importantly a conversation to discuss my thoughts and goals for the therapy sessions. Leaving after my first day I had a plan of action, appointments set for the next few weeks along with some home exercises.
To date I’ve been in/out of therapy for a non-consecutive 6 months. I’ve made significant improvements to my daily pain levels and feel like I’m along the road to full recovery. Along the way I’ve made friends with all the staff I interact with, most notably Amy, Jessica, and Kevin; whom I see at each appointment. Together we’ve been able to tweak my treatment plan to match my current abilities and try out new exercises and methodoligies.
WGPT’s experience is not just limited to motor vehicle accidents or short term rehab. They also have vast knowledge on everything from vestibular therapy for vertigo and balance disorders and all the way to pain management and home care. At WGPT, I’ve never felt like just another patient. I look forward to my bi-weekly visits and while getting better and discharging is the ultimate goal, I know I’ll miss it when it ends.

I thought I've seen it all... I came here a cripple with a cane, I was in bad shape. As I walked in I was a little skeptical about the care I would receive. But after talking to my therapist Courtney (the great) I realized I was in good hands. She made me feel comfortable on the first day and boosted my confidence to know that I can become better than I was before. Ive been coming for a few months thus far and it has not been easy, when I leave here I leave like a sweatbox, but this place is like therapy to me, when I come from a long day at wor. I know i can get a good laugh in and still accomplish my goals for the day. 😃 this place has been a blessing to me. I cannot wait to see the end results.
P.s. I'm also learning yoga 😊 I never thought I'd be doing that. Unbelievable...

If it were obvious where the pain began, with no convoluted problems making clearer than what was, my therapy would be a cup of tea,not the quandry brought along with me. I'm grateful for the expertise, sagacity that met me there, with patience and hope... It was beyond compare. I can only thankfully commend, and would surely recommend, so there!

The best physical therapy experience I ever had was by Margaret Fitzpatrick at Willow Grove PT.
She and her staff know just what to do to improve whatever your condition is. They are so knowledgeable and so pleasant that having the therapy is not an ordeal. This is my second time around with Margaret and just as she took care of my balance issues before, she is improving the aftermath of reverse shoulder replacement now. I hold her in the highest regard and I am grateful that I was referred to her.

"I have been so impressed by my treatment at Willow Grove PT. Everyone is caring, helpful and thoughtful, from Marcie and Sandy at the front desk, to aides like Amy and Kelly, and of course the therapists themselves. I have had PT at various locations for many different issues over the years. This is the first place I have gone where the therapists truly monitor me carefully every time to ensure that I am doing exercises and stretches correctly. They carefully regulate my program to ensure progression without injury. There is always a therapist or aide helping me, and Dana and Kevin, my physical therapists, are very hands-on in ensuring the movements are right for me--as well as massaging my aches and pains. There is an easy-going atmosphere in the facility and everyone is respected and cared for equally. Therapists and aides truly get to know their patients and I see numerous examples of their kindness and compassion every time I visit. Dana and Kevin have given me outstanding treatment, helping me to heal from my injury and develop muscular awareness, to help prevent injuries and falls in the future. These are highly skilled professionals who have helped me immeasurably, and I am so grateful to everyone at Willow Grove PT!"
Thanks! I mean every word, by the way. Truly!
Best,
Katie J

The PT's are excellent, patient, cheerful and ready to please. I like coming here to PT as I am regaining my balance ( I think), time will tell. The facility is not crowded and my therapist is very patient with me. ( I am 87 yo)

I was seriously suffering and anxious with positional vertigo until I contacted Assaf Zoor from Willow Grove PT. In the initial session Assaf explained how he was going to treat the problem and that he was confident I would be fine. And he was absolutely correct! He is an amazingly talented therapist with a personality and style that is immediately relaxing. I highly recommend Assaf for PT- he's the best!!!!

I arrived at Willow Grove Physical Therapy one evening in January for my initial evaluation. My problem was shoulder pain that had quietly presented as a dull ache after I had reached behind me while in bed. Now, after a year since appearing, the ache invaded my sleep. And the ache was present when I tried to dress myself. I was always trying to avoid pain in my shoulder by modifying the way that I did the simplest of things.
As I told my story to Courtney, the therapist who would be working with me, Heather, a P.T. student was listening a making notes. I was impressed by the attention given to me, as well as the lengthy evaluation of my shoulder performed by Heather. Even though it was late and the therapy room empty, Courtney and Heather were focused and were patient as they covered the necessary parts of my evaluation.
I began therapy with Courtney and Heather a day or so later, and am still working on improving my shoulder (my ache was the tip of the iceberg). Courtney has been instrumental in my success, She has been a watchful teacher-showing and correcting me when I am doing an exercise incorrectly. She has pushed me to try harder and praised me when I succeed. The lowest point in therapy came when I discovered that I had a torn cuff muscle. I telephoned Willow Grove to tell Courtney that it was " all over with therapy" due to the torn muscle. I was amazed when she told me to continue therapy- no surgery- physical therapy could repair me ! Courtney had a paper from a journal for me to read to substantiate that physical therapy was as or more effective than surgery for torn cuff muscles.
I will continue my shoulder therapy at Willow Grove. If I need physical therapy again, I will return because I have found the very best here.

I can't rave about this place enough! Not only did Willow Grove Physical Therapy ease my daily pain, they actually saved my career! I am in the Air Force, and my injury prevented me from taking my required annual physical fitness test. Julie at WGPT changed that! I will be ready for my upcoming test because of the extensive time and energy she devoted to my health and fitness. I also started boxing as part of my therapy, and it has awakened a new passion in me.
I truly feel like part of the family when I'm at WGPT!!! If you have chronic pain, dizziness, or an injury, Willow Grove Physical Therapy is the place to go to get your life back!
Danielle M.
I have to admit I always thought I would be a challenging patient with the background I have in therapy. I'm so grateful for the entire staff at WGPT. I can tell you from the moment I called to setup my initial evaluation, to observations of various treatments around, I found the staff incredible.
When things are going crazy(patients/phones ringing off the hook) the staff takes it all in stride and works amazingly as a team. The staff is very accommodating and caring with the patients and treatments.
Therapy is tough but the laughter helps tremendously! I told friends and coworkers how impressed I was with my PT from the beginning, and I am so pleased with how Julie, continues to challenge me and help me.
Rob W.
I have had physical therapy for various injuries over the years and Willow Grove Physical Therapy is by far the best I've ever experienced. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!! They really keep you motivated with their innovative approach to addressing your issues.
I literally limped into their office a few months back struggling to even to walk up stairs and I have made remarkable improvement with their guidance. The staff works you hard but make it a fun experience! They keep you wanting to come back for more I leave there soaked every time from the workout.
Willow Grove Therapy works with people of all ages from small children to senior citizens and make therapy a positive for everyone.
I highly recommend them, they are life changers!
Marlene B.
Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Marlene Block, and I am currently attending your P.T. sessions in Willow Grove. At the age of almost 80, (in May) I had all but given up hope of ever ridding myself of my chronic pain, lack of balance, and an inability to walk any meaningful distance without severe leg pain. I have been suffering from RA, 3 failed back surgeries and a totally distorted way of walking for many, many years. When I walked through your doors, I was prepared to just experience more of the same things I had done at other facilities. Wow, what a surprise was in store for me!
To begin with, all (not some) of your wonderfully competent staff were so cheerful and optimistic for me.
I learned so many things about the causes of my afflictions that I never had heard before That fact alone made me feel better. Then, I was taught, slowly and deliberately, what could be fixed what could not. I totally threw myself into the program that had been customized expressly for me, and I am now seeing changes in my balance and leg strength that I thought would never be possible. I’ve been coming twice a week about 4 or 5 weeks, and I cannot believe the changes that are happening.
One of the biggest changes is my outlook. I now understand, though I will never get totally better, I should be experiencing more improvements ahead of me, and I am so encouraged.
However , maybe the biggest wonder of wonders is the fact that my husband who is 87 yrs. Of age; chronically ill, and totally opposed to any form of exercise whatsoever, has agreed to come to your office a “couple of times” for some balance training. He had fallen twice in the last two weeks, and started to think he might benefit from it. He came to his first session today, and told me that he is walking better already and he signed up for 3 more weeks. A true miracle!
I am so very thankful for everything you are doing for me; the total dedication of your staff to each patient’s needs; the endless patience of your sweet Sandy at the front desk and the willingness of always being accommodating to any necessary changes in appointments to do their best for you, so that you are never refused an opportunity to be seen.
You have my unending appreciation and gratitude.
Dallas D.
This is my second go around at WGPT for balance issues. After my first session I felt terrific and was sure I was cured so I really didn't continue with my exercises. After a few months I realized I should have listened because my balance was again not good. Once again I felt insecure and uncertain so back I came. Erin and Julie have been my primary therapists, I cannot sing their praises enough. They are encouraging, kind, patient, and help build my confidence. I am coming along well.
There are others who have assisted me and they have been wonderful. Amy, Kevin, Kelly, Marcy, Sandy, I am sorry if I missed anyone's name. I have told my primary and orthopedic doctors about my program as well.
So thank you to all who have helped me,
Dallas

I was a student at WGPT for 12 weeks during my third year of graduate school. Following my time at Willow Grove, I have nothing but great things to say about the therapists, front desk staff, and owner, Margaret Fitzpatrick. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable and intelligent the therapists were concerning both orthopedic and vestibular diagnoses, the level of compassion the therapists displayed towards their patients and their profession, the amount of kindness the staff provided to one another (which I think can be very rare to find nowadays) as well as their willingness to work as a team in the clinic, and the level of generosity and help the staff provided to me throughout my 12 weeks. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this clinic to future students as well as any patient who is seeking therapy treatment! Miss my WGPT family!

To: Margaret & Staff,
When I first came to Hatboro PT, had a serious problem with dizziness and my doctor recommended I have physical therapy. She suggested Hatboro Physical Therapy because it was close to my home. I then made appointments for the therapy. After a few therapy treatments, the dizziness started to get better each
time I had a treatment and eventually I felt pretty good.
Margaret, you and your staff are Awesome. Many thanks to all of you for helping me feel better and getting over the dizziness I had been suffering with.
Thanks again and have a great day.

I just completed my final visit at Willow Grove Physical Therapy for a broken ankle. I cannot say enough about the excellent treatment program and care which I received. My physical therapist was Kevin and he displayed genuine concern and caring which made it easy for me. The entire staff was very upbeat and professional. It is a very well run organization and I can't thank everyone enough.

My primary/concierge physician, Dr. Marc Rabinowitz, recommended Margaret Fitzgerald's physical therapy facility at the Regency Apts., in Willow Grove. I started there 3 years ago, and Dana Winkler became my physical therapist. I was being treated for a number of issues in my neck and spine, which started as cervical dystonia/spasmodic tortacollis. I would work with Dana, a wonderful P.T., and an aide would supervise exercises that Dana prescribed. The next year & half, I chose to go to the newly opened 2nd P.T. facility, in Hatboro. There, I became the patient of Dr. Assaf Zoor, and he continued working on my neck , per a prescription from my neurosurgeon, from Jefferson. I chose P.T. instead of having my neck and my head removed from my shoulders and put back where they belonged. My orthopedist prescribed treating my shoulders, and my physiatrist prescribed working on gait/walking and balance; walking up and down the stairs was, also, prescribed. At some point, I'll be learning how to fall and get up. I have enjoyed working with aides for Dr. Assaf Zoor, students who were interns and learning all about P.T. from him. Margaret Fitzpatrick and the other Physical Therapists are excellent. I appreciate all the help they have given me over the years.
A special thanks to Shannon McLaughlin, Assaf's aide, who has spent much time assisting me with exercises.

The end of June I finished my therapy at Willow Grove PT Hatboro location, I can't say enough about how nice everyone there was to me.Assaf was my therapist and from day one I could tell he was knowledgeable and serious about helping patients. He is a very patient ,pleasant likeable person.
I can not over emphasize how important it is to do the exercises that Assaf gave me to do at home.He can evaluate you and show you what you need to do,but in the end you must do the work to improve.
Needless to say I never gave PT much thought until I needed it.My eyes have been opened to the science behind PT and the important role it plays toward recovery.
Thank you Assaf !Anne,Shannon,Emily,Matt and everyone else Willow Grove PT Hatboro location.

This is going on my 3rd year of going to Willow Grove PT. I have a genetic condition that I only learned I had late in life, but answers my health and pain issues for myself and actually my family going years back. It is called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Very few doctors know another about it, because it is not taught in Medical School.
I found a book that another Physical Therapist wrote and asked if Kevin would read it. He did and that became a life changing moment. As much as I have gone PT, this is the best . My chronic pain I feel less, the atmosphere is so positive and just using my body helps so much. With my condition I realized that I can never stop. Therefore I have to pay myself to fill in where Medicare can't. Sandy in the office works with me on that. I have never worked with more positive people and people who listen to me before. I feel they should advertise that they Work with EDS patients, because normal PT does not work, in fact always made me worse. This is a 5 star place. They have helped to change my life. I'm 72 now feel as if I would have given up by now if it weren't for their understanding, skill and willing to learn new information. I can never thank them enough.
Brian S.
I rate your clinic a 10/10
I thought your entire staff was incredible. From the ladies up front to the therapists. Everyone was always extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and very polite. Your staff always knew exactly where I left off from the previous session. And picked right back up when I came for the next. Everything they had me do was explained in detail why they thought I should do it, and how it would benefit me. I can say I didn't have a single negative experience while there.
Recommendation:Maybe a tv infront of the treadmill, so your not starring at the wall.
THANKS AGAIN.

The only good thing about becoming a "dizzy Broad" is Margaret Fitzpatrick and her employees. Gina did all sorts of "tricks" to make the dizziness go away. I must say that it didn't take very many tries. So Thank you so much Gina. You are a treasure. She almost had me standing on my head to encourage those pesky crystals to navigate back in their proper places.
The other thing that is so important to those of us who are lucky enough to attain old age, is our balance. Even after our appointments drop off, continuing on with our exercises is vastly important to our well being, so sayeth, Margaret. So here's to setting out just a small amount of time with our busy schedule for our well being and exercise each and every day. That's my new routine.
I thank each one of your employees especially Claire who answers the phone and makes everything work out perfectly.
Jacqueline R.
I would like to thank all the therapists for all the work they did to help me improve. They helped me with my knee which I had replaced 2 yrs ago and my hip in Oct, 2017. I got one-on-one help which is what I needed. I wanted to be pushed and that is what they did. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for the therapists. I definitely recommend Hatboro PT to anyone that needs therapy and I do. In closing I would like to thank everyone that works at Hatboro Physical Therapy.

My teenage daughter had a concussion and was referred for physical therapy since after 2 weeks of rest, she still had persistent symptoms.
My interactions on the phone and in person have been great. The evaluation by Andy was very complete and the PT was very caring.
Then, she has been working with Matt on increasing activity and balance and divergence eye exercises. He has been encouraging, motivating
and professional. I would highly recommend WGPT.
Niamh S.
This was my first time at PT and I was amazed at how well the staff and therapists took care of me from start to finish. Thank you to all at Willow Grove PT. You create a wonderful caring and friendly atmosphere for patients - having a sense of humor in the face of difficulties is also a gift! Your therapists are experts in their fields and exceptional in the care they give. I already heartily recommend you to anyone who needs help. Best of luck with everything!

I have been going to Willow Grove physical therapy for almost 3 months after having 2 major surgeries on my back
Before going there I had 17 years of chronic back pain and thru the years I tried water dry therapy acupuncture chiropractic braces cold warm pads tens unit nothing helped me to get better
Then my wife suggested Willow Grove physical therapy because she went there and loved it
Naturally I was skeptical about going after all of times I went to other places without helping me
I made an appoimtment and went there the following Monday
I met with Erin. and Matt who was getting his degree soon
She spent 45 minutes with me just educating me on how to calm down the nerves which would help decrease the pain
In over 17 years no one has ever spent more than a minute asking me about my pain.
Since I’ve been going to Willow Grove physical therapy the staff there has not only help me to strengthen my back so I can go back to work partime ( I am retired) but also educated me in walking at least 10 minutes if not more to help with the pain, also I am steadily losing weight and also my sugar is lower because I am a diabetic
So needless to say they are helping me with my back my weight and my diabetes
Please do your self your families and friends a favor , if they need any kind of rehab try out Willow Grove physical therapy.
I can honestly say that they are saving my life and happiness.
Leah S.
I was going to another physical therapy company for three months for neck pain. I could barely move my neck from side to side. I saw no progress in those three months. I then started to have vertigo and willow grove was recommended. I went there and Dana became my pt. She helped me get rid of the vertigo and she told me she could help with my neck pain and she did! In about three months I got my range of motion back! This made me so happy. Dana gave me support and encouragement .
Donna W.
Thanks so much Courtney, and Staff you are the best. No pain and balance is great and getting better. Thanks again for all your help and attention.

I've completed vestibular therapy so that I can function again normally. Thanks to the caring and confident team here, I did well with their plan! Thanks for doing such a great job at your Willow Grove location.

What is vertigo? It is something that you can not explain, unless you have experienced it. This happened to me about three years ago, and without therapy I received at Willow Grove Physical Therapy, I would have been lost. The staff explained what vertigo was, and how it developed. I believe my first therapist was Dana. She could not have been more compassionate. I actually threw up from the session, and the staff had to call my daughter to pick me up, but Dana never batted an eye and continued to be a professional. I, on the other hand, was mortified. My next session was with Erin. This time, some of the crystals became dislodged and relocated to their proper resting place, but I had to go back with one more session with Margaret, who, thankfully, was able to maneuver all the crystals back to their proper place. I don't know what I would have done had I not had the therapy for vertigo. I tried the oral medication first, and it made me more dizzy. I highly recommend people with vertigo to contact Willow Grove - Hatboro - VFT Physical Therapy for treatment. You will be thankful that you did!
Wendy B.
I have been treated multiple times at Willow Grove Physical Therapy for Vertigo. The staff was always attentive and professional. They carefully evaluated my symptoms and asked all the right questions. The treatments worked and they armed me with the skills to treat Vertigo on my own if it recurs. It has indeed recurred and so far it has been easy for me to recognize the symptoms and to treat them with the prescribed exercises. If it comes to the point when I cannot manage it, or if I ever have other PT needs, Willow Grove PT will be my first choice!
John B.
I had a wonderful experience at the Hatboro facility. The staff always treated me in a professional manner with lots of encouragement for what I accomplished. I would definitely return to Willow Grove-Hatboro Physical Therapy for any future therapy I may require. I would also recommend it to anyone needing PT.
My thanks to the staff!

In life, in all things you/we want the best! WILLOW GROVE PT is "THE BEST"! I could not believe not only how comfortable I felt with this team of professionals: as I arrived, the way I was greeted and most importantly, the way I was medically treated! These are the pros and with an "attitude" -- a positive, we as a team can get whatever you want accomplished in your goal to become a significantly more healthy person. I do not know what more I can say about "perfection" in a practice that provides it all in a perfect way. Make your best decision in your needs for Physical Therapy by giving these great folks a call -- I promise you will not be let down. Dr. Dedda, Ms. Fitzpatrick and Kathleen are the best of the best -- "they'll make you better!" 🙂
Very Respectfully,

Hello Margaret! I hope I am on the right page to express my thanks to you and your employees at willow grove physical therapy. I have had days where I thought that I wouldn’t walk upright. I have had almost every therapist help me, I have to say I felt better from each therapist, not one disappointed me. I have a special place in my heart for Dana winkler. Dana is intelligent, warm, very caring, I feel better just seeing her. Thank you Margaret for hiring such a marvelous group of people. Anna Marie G

Being told one needs physical therapy is often accompanied by a "mental groan" as one has to add "one more thing" to a busy schedule, and possibly undergo anticipated additional pain! As it turns out, the staff and programs at the Willow Grove P.T. system are excellent, both in knowing the medical underpinnings of the profession and carrying them out in the day to day therapy processes. Having had to have P.T. at various times over the last 3 years (different issues) I now not only GO to PT, but look forward to it. That's because I know I will "get better" and that it will be a pleasant experience in the process. As they would say in sports, "Go, Willow Grove PT!!"

Margaret,
I must admit I was curious who you were. Google provided that information. From one entrepreneur to another, "Good Going"!
I have been helped by your Willow Grove Clinic twice, both times by Julie Sergio and staff. By coincidence, Scott has filled in as Julie rotates the room as my needs have improved. I have had Andy as well who, like the others, is skilled and has just a terrific personality..
Without exception, your staff is the most satisfied and dare I say happiest staff I have encountered in any business. It's one thing to have the skills but "bedside manner" and "encouragement" trump all else.
Thank you for operating a clinic we, everyone, can depend on to receive not only quality care, but quality care with a smile.
YOU AND YOUR STAFF, ROCK!
Have a really fun day!

In addition to vertigo problems I was having unusual dizziness problems while driving. After the first session with Margaret I drove 50 miles to Allentown without any dizziness problems. Amazing. The next day I drove for 180 miles without a problem.
When I was discharged on the last of three sessions I gave Margaret a big hug in appreciation.

I am so thankful I was recommended to your physical therapy facility for my vertigo. I really appreciate their excellent and caring help especially Matt Fackner and all the staff are efficient, skilled & understanding. I would absolutely recommend your facility and your wonderful staff to all❤️❤️

Margaret, I previously came to your office around 10 years ago for positional vertigo. Once again, I am here for vestibular therapy for a different problem. I have, and still do, highly recommend Willow Grove Physical Therapy to family and friends! You have such an extremely qualified and caring staff.

I had Dana help me with my Vertigo. She explained my problem and gave me exercises to help me. Dana has a great personality and explains everything that I can understand. I would recommend willow grove physical therapy to family and friends.

I recently had the pleasure of having Jacqueline Pedersen in the Hatboro PT office as my therapist. Much to my surprise, within a few weeks I felt the best I have in over two years. At times it was hard to walk and the pain was constant and prevented me from doing the things I enjoyed doing. In a very short amount of time, I could feel a huge difference and kept improving every day. I can now walk freely with no pain and I am extremely grateful for all she has done for me. I will continue my exercise program at home and I highly recommend Jackie to anyone who is in need of physical therapy. Thanks Jackie- you're awesome!!
Joe W.
I received physical therapy from Dr. Jackie, first for BPPV and later for arthritic knees with a torn meniscus. The BPPV was cured after only two sessions, and my strength, balance and flexibility improved so quickly that I was discharged within one month. Dr. Jackie and the rest of the staff at Hatboro PT are outstanding at what they do and I recommend them.

I awoke last Wednesday morning with serious vertigo. Immediately, I called Hatboro Physical Therapy and asked for a therapist to fix my problem. My family was visiting from California and had only a few more days here; I needed to be well. I got an appointment with Anne for 5 pm that day and I went there with great expectations. Anne fixed loose crystal in my inner ear!
Once before, when we were about to leave on a cruise in just a week, I was referred to this practice and that therapist did a great job, too, stoppng my vertigo. He explained what was going on and gave me exercises to continue on the ship. My vacation was wonderful then, and the remainder of my family visit was wonderful last week. Much gratitude the staff at Hatboro Physical Therapy!! Hats off, Hatboro!

I’m 54 years old and I was diagnosed with Meniere’s Disease 10 years ago. Throughout these years, I have been trying every single treatment I could find for the vertigo episodes relate to this condition. The doctors I met with never suggested I try the vestibular therapy treatment.
In the first half of the 2016, I was in really bad shape. I couldn’t drive or even go to the supermarket for the groceries. Even to walk in my backyard, I had to have my husband with me. I was falling easily due to the vertigos episodes. Inside my house, I was walking like spider man, having both hands on the walls full time while walking from one room to another. The stairs were my biggest concern since I wasn’t able to firmly stand on the steps. Instead, I was crawling like a toddler.
When talking with a friend, she mentioned about the vestibular therapy in Willow Grove. She has dislodged crystals in her inner ear which causes vertigo episodes too. At the beginning, I didn’t pay much attention to that because I had six specialist/professionals (2-ENT doctors, primary doctor, acupuncturist, psychologist, chiropractor) trying to treat me. I also figured that the vestibular therapy would not have any positive impact on my condition.
But, after six months without improvements and having vertigo episodes almost every day, I decided to give it a try. It was the best decision I made!
I was fortunate that my friend mentioned the vestibular therapy and even more fortunate for having met Mrs. Anne Fitzgerald Haneman – PT.
From the first talking with her, I could see the serious commitment she had to help me in the best way she could. And she did. After having all the sessions and having learned/ practiced the exercises, I could clearly see the improvements in my condition. The vertigo episodes became less and less frequent and when they come back I am better able to manage the dizziness with the exercises I learned.
Although I still have vertigo, once in a while, my life and my well-being is positively improved. I can drive and I can do everything that the vertigo episodes were preventing me to do last year. For that, I’m very thankful for Anne and for vestibular therapy.
I highly recommend the vestibular therapy and specifically the professionals that are working in this group. It’s hard to find enough words to show my appreciation. Thank you very much.

This my second time going to Willow Grove PT. I have found everyone to be very pleasant from the time I arrive until leaving. The Receptionists as well as the therapist are interested in you as a person which puts you at ease right away.
The therapist, as well as any trainee that they work with are up on the latestest techniques. They customize a routine specific to your needs.
I have had Dana for most of my visits which has been awesome. There have been times when other therapists worked with me and the were caring and skillful as well.
Kudos to this great group!

Thank you ! The staff at Willow Grove Physical Therapy were very professional and really helped in my rehab. I was having shoulder pain and through the sessions and the exercises I was able to regain my mobility in just a couple of visits. Thank you very much to my Therapist Jacqueline Pedersen for getting me back on track.

I suffered from the effects of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo for a year before I was directed to Willow Grove PT.
My days started and ended with a disorienting spinning sensation. It occurred whenever I laid down, got up, or moved my head quickly.
I limited yard work because I would sometimes stumble after bending over and I feared my neighbors might think i had a drinking problem. I stayed off of ladders out of fear my dizziness would cause me to fall.
The condition made me feel I was older than I actually was but I accepted it as part of getting old until a doctor referred me for evaluation and treatment at Willow Grove PT.
I was treated by Courtney at the King of Prussia Office. After just ONE therapy session my dizziness was completely gone. It was as if I had been blessed by a miracle. I can't believe I suffered for a year with a condition, (BPPV), that could be resolved so easily.
Courtney gave me my life back. I am doing everything I enjoyed doing before. The only spinning I do now is at the Gym.

I have been incredibly impressed with everyone at Willow Groove Physical Therapy. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, competent and helpful. I have been around the block with PT's and WGPT is without a doubt the BEST. The major reason for my accolades of this practice has been the stellar work of Julie Sergio. She has been amazing! First she 'cured'!!! my vertigo in one session and then has been my inner sensory champion helping to make my exercises most meaningful as well as effective. Julie has gone above and beyond in every area, coaching me, creating workouts for me, cheer leading and teaching me how to continue to build strength through this difficult period of rehab from my second knee replacement surgeries. Hats off to Julie. She is a truly talented and customer service friendly professional and I recommend her to anyone in need of a PT. She raises the practice up to new levels of competency and I am grateful to her.

Many thanks to PT Anne Hannemann for her expert assistance in helping to to get back on my feet

I have been living with veritgo and balance issues for many years Along with that, I have fallen and broken my ankle, and have suffered arthritis in many areas of my body.
I look forward to my sessions at WGPT, at times exhausting,at times joyous with improvement and accomplishments.
I am so grateful for everyone I have had the privilege of working with. Every therapist, aide, student and each person working at the front desk is welcoming and caring. I have been so fortunate to have found WGPT.

Choosing Willow Grove Physical Therapy was the best decision I made. Jackie Pederson was so patient and caring with me. I could hardly turn my head and was still in quite a bit of pain after my surgery. The therapy sessions with Jackie were priceless. After a thorough evaluation, she taught me exercises that were easy to follow and could do at home as well. Every week we would increase the intensity of the exercises (some not so fun). Before I knew it I felt great again. Thank you to Jackie for giving me my life back. I strongly recommend anyone who needs therapy to choose this center. The staff is super friendly and truly care about all of their patients.
Toni S.
Had several bouts of vertigo. Went to Ann for balance therapy. She was great. The exercises she taught me helped to get rid of my vertigo.

My dizziness was gone in just 2 visits! Everyone is so caring and thorough. Jackie is the best!
Delphine S.
The staff was so kind & supportive. I was terrified after developing vertigo, how would I ever teach ballet again. After a few weeks of exercises my inner ear crystal went back in. Now I know my therapist Julie & the staff will be there for me if this happens again. That is important, this amazing caring group will be available for me . Hopefully vertigo will not come back but if it does I have Willow Grove Physical Therapy ! Thank you!
Margaret W.
Thank you to Kevin for being such a caring professional. He has guided me to independence with therapy for my knee. More recently he and Dana and Erin helped to cure BPPV.
Positional vertigo is terribly frightening. Kevin with the support of a very caring team was able to make a "house call" to help me manage a sudden attack of BPPV.
Margaret when it comes to your kind and caring staff I would rate them 10/10. - Kevin,Erin, Dana ,Kelly, Andy,Julie,Courtney,Scott, Sandy and Marcy

The staff at Willow Grove And Hatboro PT are fantastic. I’ve been treated for vertigo and knee issues and cannot say enough about my wonderful treatment.
Margaret, Dana and Julie make you feel like family the minute I walk in the door.
They are all very knowledgeable and always anticipate any problems I might encounter.
My treatments have helped me avoid a knee replacement that was scheduled and cancelled a year ago.
Thank you for my wonderful treatment!
Charlotte G.
I was very pleased to have Andy McCullough as my physical therapist this summer. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and supportive while I was struggling with vertigo and pulled muscles in my neck. Andy made a difference in my life. I am very appreciative for the excellent care I received. He is an asset to your PT practice.
Laurie D.
Have been a patient at Willow Grove therapy treated by Julie Sergio. She and the other therapists are very professional and encouraging. I have been there for two different problems with good results! I have brought My dog Rocco to visit and encourage the staff and patients. WG is definitely my “go to “ facility to bring me back to wellness!

The VFT Physical Therapy office is a hidden gem! Very friendly and professional staff who care about their patients. I'm a month into therapy for a repaired rotator cuff and Courtney has provided the right balance of encouragement to work through the exercise program so I can progress with recovery while at the same time acknowledging my limitations and adjusting the program as needed. I highly recommend her!
Sandra K.
I met Matt Fackner at Hatboro Physical Therapy with Vertigo. His approach & treatment were amazing. I went home feeling like a million dollars. He is helping me with my balance. He exudes confidence & I am positive he can help me achieve my goals. I have never met anyone quite like him before. I highly recommend him. Everyone there is very friendly , willingly answer all questions & make it very easy to make appointments. I was very lucky that my family physician, Dr. Jason Shackelford recommended that I go there.
Phyllis P.
Hi. I’m doing well. Courtney did a great job. I’m so glad she got me in the beginning to keep that scapula moving. It made the rest of therapy easier I believe. Scott is an awesome aide to her. He always made sure I kept proper form and new when I needed a little rest and a drink of water. I’m continuing my exercises at home and in the gym. I know I had the “best” therapy and recommend WGPT to everyone I speak to. Next for me is cubital tunnel release on both arms, first one Oct 22nd. My home shoulder therapy will no doubt be held back but I will resume it when I can. You have a great group of therapists and staff there. Thank you! Phyllis

Hello Margaret. I just cannot say enough good things about your staff. Andrew worked with me in Willow Grove to treat my vertigo and he was awesome!! My vertigo is 100% gone and I feel terrific. Everyone in your willow grove office including the people at the front desk were professional and very caring. I needed to call your office the day after my first session because I actually got worse (extremely dizzy). Andrew wasn’t there at the time. The therapist who was available that morning (Julie I think) explained what was going on. I went back for two more appointments with Andrew and after doing the exercises and getting the treatment, my vertigo issue was resolved. This is my second visit to your facility. I had severe vertigo 14 years ago and was treated successfully back then in just one visit. I’m so glad my doctor gave me the referral for this therapy because it works!

Hi,
I have been working with Courtney to get back into tennis after an injury. With hip and shoulder replacements, I am not unfamiliar with PT programs. From my experience, Willow Grove PT offers the best: staff, scheduling flexibility, respect and courtesy for clients, and outcome success. And I have fun while I'm there. Courtney, Scott, Sandy, and all the others who make things work, are special.

I have just completed my therapy for my balance issues caused by peripheral neuropathy. The staff was very professional, courteous and actually fun to work with. I would particularly like to thank Erin and Kelly for their kind ministrations and I have tremendously improved my condition due to their patience and expertise. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would certainly recommend the practice to all my friends and family.
Sheila B.
I didn't believe this type of therapy would work but i was completely wrong.
After the therapist found the angle the Vertigo was coming from she gave me exercises to do and I was off and running.

New to Town – Need Health Club
Town Hall is now preparing Welcome Kits for new families that are moving into our community.
Our Welcome Kits feature and direct these new families to a small number of local businesses for the goods, services & professionals that they need to find.
Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one Health Club Center, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being the featured Health Club Facility in our local Welcome Kits.
It is worthy to note that, according to Dr. Cathy Goodwin in her book “Making the Big Move”, 33% of new residents and families seek out a new Child Care Center shortly after their relocation. As such, approximately 1 out of 3 recipients of our Welcome Kits are actively seeking a new Health Club.
I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.
Please reply to this message with your availability or call me at your earliest convenience.
For a faster response, or if you prefer, feel free to text me on my cell which is listed in my signature.

I would like to thank the staff at Hatboro Physical Therapy for the wonderful care I received for vestibular and balance issues resulting in great success. All the staff I worked with were so pleasant and caring and in particular I would like to thank Matt, the therapist I worked the most with, for his encouragement and his wonderful attitude.

I have been going to Hatboro Physical Therapy for 3 month for Vertigo, Sciatica and Neck Pain. I have been working with Matt Fackner and have also done several sessions with Ann Haneman. Rosalie is also just great. I am not dizzy and am now almost completely pain free and have exercises that I can do anytime anywhere should it recur. Everyone here is so supportive. I cannot thank all of you enough.

I was treated By Kevin Lynn for dizziness from vertigo. He did vestibular therapy on me and cured my dizziness in one session.I was very pleased with the result and enjoyed working with Kevin.

Willow grove therapy was a great place to go for the treatment I needed. Dr Fitzpatrick was a great physical therapist and treated me very well. I want to thank everyone for the help they did for me.

I lost my balance due to a viral auto-immune attack to my vestibular nerve (inner ear) while in Switzerland. The treatment was wonderful over there and getting back home again was of course, quite a task. My MD referred me to Margaret Fitzpatrick et. al. and the ladies and gentlemen therapists at their clinic in Hatboro were absolutely outstanding! Kind, considerate, dedicated and thoughtful, they provided me with insight and courage to push on. I only attended about five to six sessions and after almost eleven weeks, while a few lingering effects are still prevalent, they also gave me metrics to see my progress and exercises to continue at home. While contracting vestibular neuritis is rare, I'm very grateful to have been directed to these wonderful people. All have been angels to me in a time of need. Thanks!
Diane O.
I started with Jackie for vestibular rehab therapy at the Hatboro office & she was so wonderful. She gave me such a thorough evaluation to begin with. I saw her for two months for sessions. She is so patient, caring, always listening to me & encougaged me to do more than I thought I could do. She is so incredibly knowledgeable too, she took the time to explain so much to me. She taught me exercises to do at home & even though I will miss our sessions together she has given me the tools to move on myself! I am so grateful to have gone here & worked with Jackie! Everyone else here are so nice & helpful too. They all work so nicely together. Such a great place!
Jackie M.
Matt at the Hatboro office treated me for vestibular hypo function.Along with those exercises I received a number of challenging balance routines.
Matt was very encouraging..yet firm. No question I asked(and I had many)was ever dismissed as being too silly or unimportant.
When you are reassured mentally, what you are asked to do physically makes more sense
.I will continue to recommend this clinic.

I wanted to give a big "Thank you" to Anne Haneman and all the other Physical Therapy therapist at Hatboro Physical Therapy for their help with my Parkinson's. With their assistance and guidance, I was able to improve my balance and also my posture. I am now enjoying the benefits today from the therapy that I had received. I will highly recommend Hatboro Physical Therapy to all.

Shortly after a vertigo attack, I was referred to Margaret by my physician. I visited with Margaret for an evaluation and instructions on how to treat vertigo at home. Margaret was thorough in her evaluation and demonstrated for my wife and I how to use appropriate maneuvers if the vertigo should recur. She and her staff were professional and kind. She assured me that if my vertigo should recur, I can call on her for assistance, if needed. I would certainly rate Margaret and her staff as 10/10.

I've been going to WGPT since 2011 for all my physical treatments. They have helped me with vestibular issues along with other muscular skeletal injuries including my neck, low back, knees, and shoulders. The entire staff is great, but the therapists are very knowledgeable and compassionate about whatever your needs are. The road to recovery is determined by how much effort you put into it, and they set you up with a strong foundation at WGPT.
Evelyn D.
I came to Hatboro PT because I had the fear of falling and wanted to get back to dancing. My friend asked me what I was going to do about it so I went to my family doctor and I was recommended PT. My friend came to Hatboro PT and was so impressed that I wanted to see for myself as well. I feel like Jackie P and the other therapists there helped me tremendously with my balance and confidence. They were a key role in getting me back into doing what I love, which is dancing. I love them all and they were a gift in my life. They are such an asset to the Physical Therapy world and I would recommend highly to come to Hatboro Physical Therapy. They provide a comfortable and fun environment that made coming to PT a highlight of my day!
Margareth H.
A great beginning

I've been coming for about 3 weeks now for balance issues. I am so happy to see and feel the progress I have been making: gaining strength and more stability. I have worked with Courtney, Sneha and Kelly. Everyone is professional and very personable. I highly recommend their program, and the courtesy and efficiency at the front desk. Great place!
Emma H.
I have been coming here for years for various injuries, and I've always come out cured! I love the whole staff, everyone is super kind and supportive. I had a knee problem that the doctor said would need surgery, but a few months of physical therapy and I was right back to full health. And it helps I always have a good time at my appointments!
Patricia K.
Courtney worked with me to stretch my hamstrings and gave me exercises to strengthen my hips to make up for my back weakness. I feel so much better and stronger than I did when I started. Courtney was caring and very professional. Her hands on approach eased sore muscles. I would certainly recommend Willow Grove P. T.
Joe M.
The first time I visited Hatboro Physical Therapy was for vertigo treatment. With the help of my therapist, Jackie, I was back to normal after only two sessions. After that great experience, I returned for treatment for my rotator cuff, and my pain subsided very quickly. I have also visited for therapy for my legs and my knees and am confident in the progress that I continue to make. These improvements would not be possible without the help of my therapists Jackie and Rosalie. Their knowledge and patience plays a major role in my route to recovery. I am treated with kindness from every staff member I encounter and am encouraged by their willingness to help me. Before visiting Hatboro Physical Therapy, I did not believe in physical therapy, but now I am a true believer and I recommend it to everyone.
Dianne R.
I would recommend willow grove pt to anyone wishing patient centered caring healing work.

Matt and Kyle got me back to 100% in three weeks. I can't believe it!! What a wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, in fact, I already have.

Matt and Kyle were superb. Got me motivated to get back to the gym and get my situations in order to deal with my stress. I was shocked by all they knew and the education they need to have to succeed at this business. I am now even more conscious of how I sit my posture and how I move. They listened to what I had to say which for me was as important as anything. I didn't want it to end. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone with any type of physical issues which may also be totally from stress. These two are terrific!

Hello, I'm Joe Melcher, and, I have been a client during 2019. I'm 83 yrs old, and have been coming for walking and balance.
When I am here everyone goes out of there way to make me feel welcome. Arriving, I am greeted by Scott who does everything to situate me.
Even though, physical therapy has been, I am still working. My therapist, Andy, is patient, and, gives me great direction, and, feed back. As a result, I am able to remain independent in my own home. For me this is remarkable. Andy keeps me sharp too, in many ways.
I believe Willow Grove Physical Therapy
is so successful, because of the quality people who give me care. They are all top notch. I would recommend them to my family and friends
Dallas D.
My therapist, Julie, is wonderful. Very supportive and caring. She gives me tips to help at home next is genuinely interested in me, giving me helpful tips and how-tos.
Kelly has also been great to work with.

I came to Willow Grove PT with debilitating dizziness. Four weeks later the dizziness is long gone. My balance is better than it's been in years. Jackie explained the factors involved in balance and gave me easy drills to strengthen each of those factors. In the end, she even evaluated my walk so that now I can walk without the hesitation or fear of tripping that has plagued me. Willow Grove PT is a superb professional care provider.
Esther M.
I am doing much better with the dizzeness but I will be back soon for the balance
Anna K.
The help that I received from the therapist was literally life changing. At first, my balance was completely off plus I was getting dizzy at a frequent intervals. While walking my dog, I looked like I was drunk. Well, that is all gone. With help that was professional, friendly and curative, I would recommend Willow Grove Physical Therapy to anyone.
Joan P.
Doing good thank you. Trying to go to the gym a couple times a week. Great people at your place!
Rebecca C.
I pursued PT at Willow Grove/Hatboro Physical Therapy due to knee pain while running. I had been running (half marathons and even a few marathons) for about 5 years before the pain started, and I couldn’t run more than a mile.
I received individualized care from Gina over in Hatboro. She not only taught me exercises, but also explained why we were doing them. I had no idea that my knee pain actually stemmed from weakness/inflexibility in other parts of my legs and hips! After about 2 months of PT, I was able to run 4 miles without pain, and was discharged. Since then, I’ve been doing my stretches daily and strengthening 2x a week.
Today, I ran a half marathon without pain! I’m 100% positive that I have Gina and the other staff over in Hatboro to thank for this. They gave me the skills to maintain my strength independently and reach my goals. I’m so thankful!
Bruce P.
Matt and the gang at this office create a great environment for therapy. And, a dose of a little humor, too, which we all need. Now, it is up to me to continue what I have leaned at their location in Hatboro.
Lois K.
I had a great experience with Margaret's help. She pinpointed several issues I had and provided exercises to correct them. Her balance therapies really work and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others!
Helen K.
This place is phenomenal. The first time I came to Hatboro Physical Therapy was because they were recommended (Margaret) to me by a friend who had vertigo. I now know why. Margaret fixed me up in one visit!!! I was so impressed that when I hurt my arm, and it was recommended that I go to physical therapy, I returned. I have been seeing Gina and Anne. They are great!! They know what they are talking about and what works. Thank you for the relief!!! I am able to function now. Any time physical therapy is recommended, I suggest you give Willow Grove/Hatboro Physical Therapy a try. You will not be disappointed!!!!
Kelly L.
I am so blessed to work at Willow Grove Physical Therapy! It is a great work environment.
I have gotten BPPV once every year for the last 13 years and I feel so luck to have a condition that can be treated quickly when in the hands of a skilled physical therapist. Special shout out to Jackie and Dana for fixing my last episode. I am grateful! Thanks Margaret and your staff who are all so amazing!
Bernadette D.
I had fx my rt. humerus four years ago and was referred by a friend to hatboro physical therapy. I was evaluated by Margaret who I was so impressed with.
I have had numerous fx's in the past so PT is not new to me. No one in my experience has impressed me more than not only Margaret but her entire staff.. They really know their stuff and truly care about each person who walks through their door.
Their dedication and professionalism is unsurpassed. Thank you for all you do for people in need.

I've been to Hatboro & Willow Grove offices for PT for my shoulder, my back and my knee. I love the care and interest that the therapists take in each patient. They also definitely know what they're doing. My husband just completed therapy following knee replacement surgery and he is now back on his feet. Thanks for all the good work you do.
Larry F.
Staff was very professional and provided
Very helpful treatment.

I was referred to Willow Grove Physical Therapy by my neurologist for position vertigo/ vestibular issues. I had no idea there was any physical therapy for my issues I thought physical therapy was only for injuries. I suffered for months with dizziness and unbalance before coming here. My therapist Kevin and the other therapists helped me regain my balance and best of all stopped the room from spinning for me. I can not say enough good things about them. Everyone there is caring and helpful. I recommend them to everyone.

My name is Mary Goebel. I’ve been to Willow Grove office twice this year - first for balance problems, falls, and pinched rotator cuff; second for severe flair of sciatica. I had just found out that I have spinal stenosis. My therapist was Julie both times. I want everyone to know what a great PT Julie is. She is very educated and experienced. She is also thinking the entire time of how she can help you better. After weeks of balance problems which were slowly improving,
she suggested that I get a brain MRI. She was concerned that something else was going on. I did get the MRI and it indicated possible MS. My primary was so impressed that my PT picked this up. This led to many more tests. My neurologist was suspicious of MS.
He sent me to the head of the MS clinic at Jefferson for an evaluation. Dr Leist
Sent me for more specialized MRIs.
In the end, he said that I didn’t have MS.
I so appreciate that Julie saw behaviors that made her think MS. She also checked me for vestibular issues which she did many times. She said I didn’t have them.
I ended up coming back with a severe flair of sciatica. An MRI showed spinal stenosis with moderate degeneration . She developed a program for me which was to open up the spine and alleviate the inflammation. It helped a lot and I am still doing those exercises to avoid flairs.
I still have some bad days. Julie encourage me to keep going and come back to see her if it still gives me problems. Kyle was working with her and he did a wonderful job.
All Of my doctors speak so highly of Willow grove PT. They say it’s the best place to go because the PTs are so educated . I have referred people to this office. I would highly recommend anyone who needs PT to come to Willow Grove PT. Ask for Julie Sergio. You won’t be disppointed! Thank you to Julie Sergio!!
Jacqueline R.
This is the second time I've had to have therapy. First time on my right hip and second time for my balance. I have to say I loved coming here for my therapy. Everyone there is very friendly. The therapists are very knowledgeable and kind. Let's not forget Claire the receptionist. She is very friendly also. Margaret is the best. She is patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this facility and I also want to thank all of the staff here.
Vince M.
I came to Willow Grove Physical Therapy with severe back pain. The pain was so great that I had difficulty standing and walking. Matt Fackner was my therapist and he gave me a series of exercises that really helped me to get rid of my pain. Matt's course of treatment has made me pain free and now I can enjoy a normal pain free life. Matt Fackner is the "Cadillac" of all therapists. I sincerely thank him for helping me.
Bruce Z.

All the staff are friendly, warm, competent, caring, knowledgable professionals. But Dana is one of the most amazing healthcare professionals I’ve ever dealt with! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she truly cares for her clients and personalizes their individual challenges. She teaches them so that they understand the science behind their treatment, and empowers them to take an active role in their recovery process. Every physical rehab facility needs a DANA on their Team!
Tom B.
Courtney and staff were very helpful, and got me moving in a good direction with balance therapy. I'm plugging away at home now.

I came to Willow Grove Physical Therapy for vestibular therapy. At the time, I was very ill however weeks later I am happy to announce I am symptom free!
Judy B.
I have been a patient at Hatboro PT several times and am completely satisfied with my treatment for positional vertigo. After 1 treatment the vertigo was gone – it was like magic. The therapists are understanding, skilled, comforting and patient. I’d recommend anyone come here. Matt and Margret have been a great help.
Susan M.
Marguerite and her staff have done a great job helping me reduce my symptoms. They have taught me how to push myself and manage my symptoms at home. I've progressed much further than I thought I could and feel that continued progress is possible on my own. I give them my highest rating!
Doris E.
The therapists at Hatboro Physical Therapy are experienced, compassionate and thorough. Matt assessed my symptoms better than any primary care doctor I've been to. He and Anne helped with my recurring vertigo and reassured me each time I went for treatment. It's good to know that even at age 90 I can depend on the staff at Hatboro to help me live life to the fullest.
Rich.
It was a fantastic. I feel like my needs were met and my shoulder feels much better. Matt was 10/10

I 💜 WGPT! In my experience it is unequivocally a 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟facility! Marcy, Sandy and Scott had such a welcoming way about them. Always a warm caring smile . Seth, Kyle, Kevin, Erin and Courtney were professional, caring , knowledgeable, supportive and compassionate. Seth was my “main man.” Working with him was the BEST experience I have ever had!! He always looked for ways to challenge me and I looked forward to each session. My confidence has soared since my first visit! My balance is the best it has ever been. I will be practicing my exercises because of Seth’s motivation. I love this place! Thank you everyone 💜
Natalie R.
This group is wonderful they really helped me I feel like a new person thank you Margaret!
Joanne R.
The care and attention I received during rehab for rotor cuff injury was outstanding. All the staff are marvelous and especially Courtney who kept me going each session.
Jim H.
I saw Matt Fackner for several weeks in late last year and in early January for help in dealing with a balky, arthritic hip. I found him to be one of the best health professionals I have ever encountered in communicating with me both about his diagnostic procedures and about the exercises he was having me do. He clearly laid out both what was involved in doing each exercise and what the purpose and impact of the exercise was supposed to be. I felt improvement throughout my sessions with Matt, but most significantly, he left me with a very clearly delineated plan for continuing exercise and that is proving to be highly useful. Keep up the good work!
Rosemary C.
My experience at WGPT was excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and they provide good individual attention. Courtney, my therapist, was excellent in her assessment of my needs. Her continual attention to my response to the therapy increased my progression to managing and eliminating pain. Courtney’s instructions, explanations and attention to proper form were key in reducing my back aches and managing them at home. I would highly recommend WGPT .
Shari S.
This place is phenomenal. Three vestibular treatments and the dizziness is gone. The staff was amazing
Lindsay B.
Very professional, easy to follow directions and the best in making you understand what you are doing
Patsy R.
Great support! I learned how to keep steady. They are very friendly
Michael F.
I came to physical therapy with vertigo and tremendous lower back pain, and Matt and the staff got me up and running. I feel 20 years younger, and hopefully, I don't have to revisit them, but if I do, Willow Grove Physical Therapy is the place for me and should be the place for you if you are hurting.
Thanks again for everything, Mike
Kathy D.
Today is my last day after a journey to regain my balance and my strength. I had many personal activity goals that Kevin ,my therapist, built into my program. I understand how to deal with any acute I I I have had dizziness episodes, I am walking better, even doing the treadmill which I have not been able to do for many years. Steps will continue to be a goal as I move on....thank you for all your help and letting me have input into what I need to be able to do.

I have had Parkinson's for eight years. During this time, I have tried many processes and equipment that alleged to improve my condition. The only thing that has worked has been Willow Grove Physical Therapy. At a time in my disease when I should be totally dependent on others for all things, I have managed to maintain a real sense of independence. I owe this to Margaret Fitzpatrick and her staff.
Lisa B.
Matt worked with me at the Hatboro location, he was a great therapist to work with. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of Physical Therapy.
elaine p.
what you taught me I still use today, and will always rate you as the best. my MS has gotten worse so I use the wheelchair most of the time. I would go back to you if ever needed . thanks, Elaine
Richard & Sandra L.
My wife and I both used the services of WGPT during the pandemic. The staff took great care to make sure they used all proper procedures and cleaned all equipment after use. The staff is knowledgeable and technically capable and was very helpful and helped us improve.

I have experienced on and off back issues since I was in a car accident and had surgery back in 1989. In August, 2019, however, I started experiencing pain and back spasms that I could not overcome. As an avid golfer, the only choice was to shut down for the season and seek treatment. After 3 MRIs and no good solutions, I turned to Willow Grove Physical Therapy and Dana Rajchel, in particular. Dana had treated family and friends previously and came highly recommended. My mindset going into physical therapy was to somehow eliminate the daily pain I was in just so that I could work and enjoy my life. Golf was an afterthought and I truly had serious reservations that I would ever play again and if I did, could I reach the same competitive level. For months, the goals was to try to get my back to stop going into spasm when doing the simplest of activities. Finally, after 4 months, a breakthrough and the true work began. After feeling this improvement, I made a commitment to my younger daughter to work hard with a goal of being ready for the Parent-Child Golf tournament held this summer at Commonwealth National Golf Club. Under the guidance of Dana, I was pleasantly surprised to eliminate the daily pain that I have endured for many years and met that commitment to my daughter. More recently, using my MUCH stronger core and immensely improved flexibility, I was able to shoot 68, my lowest competitive score ever. I am stronger than ever, hitting the ball 15-20 yards further at 56 further than I have in 20 years and more importantly, able to play without pain. I continue to work with Dana on gaining additional endurance and strength as I continue to feel improvement every week.
I cannot recommend Willow Grove PT enough and Dana Rajchel, in particular. We started working remotely in March and continue to this day. She is amazing. Her positive approach combined with her creativity, extensive knowledge, fun demeanor, and ability to translate that knowledge to explain the why’s and what’s is incredible. I trust her completely and look forward to how I feel after every session –Proud, STRONGER, and definitely tired.
MaryAnn W.
I used Willow Grove Physical Therapy for vertigo and found my experience to be first rate. Kevin was excellent and really got me back on track quickly. The office was friendly, kind and concerned for my well being. I appreciated the followup call after my care as well. I high recommend them.
Mike M.
I was a patient there a month ago. It really help me too zoom in to my balance problem on my right side. I still have the instruction do them 3 a week...ok...maybe 2 times!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR TIME AND EXPERTISE IN PATIENT CARE.
Diane M.
I felt worse after I went for a vertigo/dizziness eval. The repositioning vestibular therapy was performed for BPPV. My symptoms are much worse now than before I went and can't function. I regret ever went there.
Richard G.
I started going to Willow Grove Physical Therapy in July due to tendonitis in both shoulders. I could barely move my arms. Had it not been so painful it probably would have been comical as my daughter said I looked like a T-Rex because my arm movement was so limited. Anyway, I went there not knowing what to expect since I had never had PT before. Erin and Amy were my therapists and they really worked wonders over 12 sessions. I am once again able to reach and grab things. I still do the exercises they had suggested just to make sure I remain limber. Many, many thanks to Willow Grove Physical Therapy and all who work there.
Stephanie P.
The new Glenside office is clean, very open and convenient, with ample free parking.
I'm glad to be back for balance therapy after my foot fracture.
Joe.
I could not shake vertigo by myself. It got to the point that I was almost throwing up. Somehow, I was fit into the tight schedule by the clerical staff, Thank Goodness.
Jackie pre tested me and determined what needed to be done. After being put through and number of exercises that day I was well enough to go home without wobbling and without the feeling of getting sick. Additional exercises were used on my follow up visits and my symptoms were gone! YAAAAAAAY!
At this rehabilitation center, they treat you INDIVIDUALLY! At other rehab facilities I previously attended (shoulder rehab) I was one of FOUR patients that were being helped BY ONE SPECIALIST. I explained why I was there and never pre evaluated. I was told to do generic shoulder exercises while she attended others. After the specialist looked in a book, I was told to do other exercises. I wasn't watched or evaluated as to when or where the exercise was becoming difficult. I could have followed the book and done the exercises myself.
Although I did not previously use this facility for my shoulder, I WILL NOW! There are a minimum number of patients, pre evaluation is used BEFORE rehab begins, attention is given for YOUR problem that exists. Specific exercises are given for YOUR INDIVIDUAL PROBLEM. The exercises are evaluated and changed if necessary. There is also a post evaluation given before you are released.
This facility treats individuals. They WANT YOU TO LEAVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I say that because they want you to get better and structure their (YOUR) program for success. Not only is the program great because of the small number of individuals, you feel as if the specialist wants you to get better AS MUCH AS YOU DO!
Great place! Nothing personal but I don't want to see them again! But if I have to go to a rehabilitation facility, I will call this facility first.
Cheryl M.
I was having severe arthritic pain in my hands and wrists which prevented me from doing everyday activities. My therapist, Julie is a kind and caring professional who helped me overcome the pain, strengthen my hands and wrists, and get back to doing the things I like!
Ron S.
Last month I completed my “second” round of PT with Jackie in your Willow Grove office. As you may recall I had worked with your company before when I had my left hip replaced and now this time it was my right hip. Jackie was just great to work with and moved my plan along rapidly and with great success. My surgery was on July the 13th and I am not exactly sure what day I started with her. I do know however I was back to hitting golf balls in August and played again on September the 14th !
Jackie was professional in her approach and very honest. She was fair in her assessment of what I did and needed to do at all times. When she felt that I was ready to go on my own she said so which is very honest and reflects very positively on her, you, and your company.
She is the third employee of yours I have worked with. Erin and Courtney both helped with my first ‘visit” to your place and they were great as well.
Anyway you should know Jackie is a very dedicated employee of yours. She is one which you should be very proud of and represents you and your company to the public in a very positive manner.
I really hope and pray I never have to use PT again however one never knows what the Lord has planned for us. Should I do I will certainly use your company.
All the best and stay safe!
Ron Sansone

I have had a pleasant experience at Willow Grove Physical Therapy! I was given exercises that have really helped to strengthen and improve my shoulder. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in physical therapy. The people are really pleasant and helpful. I owe them all my thanks!
Bob B.
This practice is AMAZING! Have gone there several times for different needs over the last few years. They (Dana is my PT) always nail the problem and eliminate it with the proper exercises. All are friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough good words about them!!
Jen K.
I can’t say enough good things about WGPT. Jackie and the entire staff have been wonderful. Jackie continues to help me after knee surgery and she has been an incredible help and played a huge part in my recovery. This woman is highly intelligent and dedicated to her patients, and have much respect and appreciation for her. Amy helped me out a few times and is a superstar as well. I am so thankful to have been in their care when I needed it.
Ron S.
Matt Fackner was super and had my knee feeling better in no time at all. The exercises he gave me have proven to be spot on. He had a great positive attitude while being sensitive to my need. Five Star!
Mindy D.
I have been to physical therapy before for the same problem. Jackie Pederson had me steady in no time. She is incredible! The staff was always incredibly kind, even during COVID. I was placed in a separate room and they were incredibly sensitive to my immunosuppression. This is the only place my doctor would send me for PT. She told me if I couldn't go here, not to bother. FANTASTIC PLACE!!!!
Carol G.
I’ve just completed a very successful course of physical therapy at WGPT. My case was complicated to say the least, but Amy as well as the staff helped me to work through my pain issues. Everyone here is amazing with so much knowledge to get you moving again and enjoy life! I’ve been a patient in the past and would only choose WGPT. Definitely a 5 Star facility. Thank you so much to everyone involved in my treatment. Office staff is awesome! Thank you, Carol
Roy E.
Dana is the best! You want a therapist with knowledge, experience, and compassion? Dana tops the list! I tripled my performance measures in the short time I was with her and I feel great. I’m stronger, more flexible, and pain-free! She guided me towards making continual exponential gains and developed a customized plan for me to continue my progress after discharge. A true professional. In fact, the entire staff at WGPT is an amazing Team. Thanks Dana & WGPT!
Melvin G.
The entire staff are highly trained and excel at identifying the root causes of my pain. The two therapists who have worked closely with me, Kyle and Matt have been exceptional in treating my problems.
The facility is clean, safe, very well equipped and very well organized and managed
I could not be mite satisfied
Lucille S.
I enjoy receiving the newsletter and find it helpful and encouraging. I was a patient at your Hatboro facility and LOVED it
Jennifer M.
Over 10 years ago, I had my first BPPV attack. Once my primary and ENT figured it out, I came to Margaret and her team. It has come back a few times over the years, but from that very first visit and on, I was taught how to fix it on my own and quickly. I've needed to come in when it switched sides, became stuck, or changed channels, but I was always able to get a quick appointment and get back to living, dizziness free, right away. This condition causes anxiety, but everyone in the office is so kind, patient, and calming, I feel comfortable at each visit.
Dayle G.
Glenside PT has been a great help to me since August of this year. I went there with some big problems with balance. I have been amazed at the patience and ideas Mike has. He has made PT a very positive event in my life right now. He is interested in getting me better and I appreciate that. He has good humor, too. (Laughs at my jokes). Val came on board and added another friendly, knowledgeable team member. She is great. I think I will hire her as my personal cheerleader. I must comment on Sandy, too. Shei s warm and welcoming and fins ways to help me in the waiting area. So kind!! I've met Kevin but not reallt interacted with him. As i see him across the room he seems like a quiet spoken, kind man who wants to help his patients. I am so thankful this place is in Glenside and that it is a pleasant place to be
Barry Y.
I have worked with Matt on two occasions, a few years apart, both of which were for balance. I have worked with other excellent Physical Therapists on issues other than balance and Matt's skills and his winning personality are as good as the best PTs that I have worked with. I highly recommend Matt and the Willow Grove Physical Therapy office.
Stan B.
I experienced sciatica and lower back pain from an unexplained actuation. I saw a physiologist who prescribed 4 weeks of PT along with a scheduled steroid injection. Within two weeks working with Matt and the Hatboro office, I was much improved with diminished pain. Continuing with Matt, I was able to cancel the planned injection. I am confident that as long as I maintain Matt's prescribed exercise and stretching regiment, I will be in good shape. I must acknowledge Matt's strong knowledge and confidence in getting me "fixed" without the need for any invasive actions. I am much appreciative to Matt and the Willow Grove organization. Matt is an absolute "Class Act" and would certainly return to him, should the need arise.
Many Thanks!
Stan B.
About 8 weeks ago I developed sciatica and lower back main. I worked with Matt at your Hatboro facility with excellent results. Matt was diligent and thorough will being kind and informative throughout my four weeks of therapy. In fact after two weeks my pain had diminished significantly and with Matt's continued efforts, I was able to cancel my steroid injection and remain pain free. Stretching and discipline is key, but so is having a professional like Matt to make it all work. Thanks Matt
John K.
I have been to several therapists over the last couple of years and Willow Grove PT is by far the best one. Everyone is friendly, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable about helping me to gain my full mobility.
Don.
I had two therapists, Jackie and Amy. Both were out standing. Each ,projected carding and great command of their profession. Office staff was also on same page. Great experience from my arrival to my departure. A great experience at W.G.P.T.
Danielle L.
I volunteered at Willow Grove Physical Therapy for two weeks. I highly recommend Willow Grove PT to anyone trying to gauge their interest in physical therapy or a student that needs hours for school to come here! Everyone on the staff are wonderful, kind people who work their hardest to help each and every patient to the best of their ability.
audrey r.
I have had such success with this team. I am very loyal in doing the 10 exercises daily that the PT person had given me. I feel so much better with things and I do realize that practicing every day does make a whole lot of difference for the good.
Aurora W.
Willow Grove Physical Therapy has the most caring ownership and staff that I have ever encountered. I am 72 and have gone to 4 other PT groups in the past. Margaret and staff have helped me with hand numbness, spinal stenosis, balance and vertigo. They don't keep you coming back for more treatments once you attain your goals.
The best part of 2020 for me was the free Zoom exercise classes that Kelly ran. She was always encouraging and upbeat (even through her own family losses). I did not feel isolated and alone. I was able be proactive about my health with her balance and core strengthening exercises. I will continue in 2021 with a nominal fee for classes. I know they will take the utmost care to keep their patients healthy during this pandemic.
Aurora Walsh
Barbara Q.
Margaret,
Thank you so much for allowing the senior exercise class on zoom to continue with Kelly. It has been the best motive to get me moving in this pandemic.

Good morning Margaret,
My mother Christine T is extremely satisfied (definitely a 10) with her care from Hatboro PT. She thinks Kyle is the best and says kind words about the rest of the staff. I thank you for taking such good care of my mother. I live in Las Vegas and due to the pandemic am not able to help her in person. So I am very grateful that I can coordinate care remotely and your staff follows through.

Great staff and very helpful
Richard M.
I would recommend Willow Grove Physical Therapy to anyone needing PT. I worked with Anne at their Hatboro site. She was very knowledgeable, as well as being friendly, patient, supportive and easy to work with.
Dolores C.
I was pleased with Kyle. He showed me some helpful moves for my back and balance.
Bob.
I would like to thank Willow Grove physical therapy for getting me back on track. everybody was so nice And a big thank you to Amy Bock for her amazing work in getting rid of my vertigo and dizziness. You’re the best Amy Willow grove PT is lucky to have you. 👍✌️
Regina P.
I highly recommend WG Physical Therapy! Margaret and her team are friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. My mom (Rachel)was experiencing crazy dizziness and balance issues in September. After going to a doctor and running tests on her for 2 months, they suggested Vestibular Therapy(BPPV)
I did google reviews on the different places they suggested to us and I decided to choose WG Physical Therapy for my mom. My mom couldn't walk or cook or shower or etc without being dizzy. It was hard seeing her suffer like that when she is so independent. But after a month of Physical Therapy, you guys gave my mom her life back. She continues to do her exercises and have made great improvements in balance and strength. We can never thank you guys enough for what you did !! The staff at your facility is wonderful. I will highly recommend Willow Grove Physical Therapy to others! Thank you
Sandy W.
Everyone is so nice. It is a great feeling to know I am in such great hands. The caring, the expertise, the way they explain things, all make such a difference to me. I would not go anywhere else. Margaret and her entire team are unmatched in how well they treat each and every patient.
Barbara Q.
I'm loving my senior exercise class with Kelly. I especially like the routines and the variety using weights and bands.
Marge M.
I've been to the Hatboro for dizziness correction. All physical therapists are well trained and I was treated with great respect.
If needed I would go there again.
Jeanne Q.
If dizzy, I highly recommend Anne Haneman, PT for vestibular rehab! She is a certified vestibular therapist with a gentle way of doing things... I had such a dizzy spell in the middle of the night one week prior that I thought I was having a stroke or dying. The spinning was terrifying and seemed to last a long time. After that terrible experience, I was still unable to get in and out of bed or move my head in bed without feeling dizzy. For one week I rested and drank water like my doctor said but it wasn’t going away and couldn’t take it anymore....After ONE session with Anne, she evaluated and treated me by manipulating my head with a set of maneuvers to “move crystals around in my ear”. I walked out of the facility with NO dizziness! I couldn’t believe it. Yes, I highly recommend Anne if dizzy! It was quite a remarkable turn around after one session... kinda felt like a miracle. Thank you!
John S.
The team at Willow Grove Physical Therapy are doing a great job at motivating my family member. Their encouragement and professionalism have helped my family member make remarkable progress and have significantly improved her quality of life.
Maryann H.
Julie Sergio is a kind, caring, amazing therapist who helped me from the very first visit! I have suffered with vertigo and vestibular migraines for years and Julie listened to my concerns and explained everything as she went through the exercises. She is extremely knowledgeable and I felt great when I left after my very first visit! Thank you so much Julie!! The entire staff is friendly and nice. I highly recommend and will absolutely return for any future P.T. needs🤗

Hi
I was absolutely delighted with the two programs I was involved in. Both Kyle and Michelle did a wonderful job
Thank you

On Feb 3rd, Jackie helped me with some PT over a "Doxy" virtual connection. We were able to see each other as she walked me through three exercises (she also sent to my email) to help me get up off the floor. (I had fallen out of bed a few days before during a violent nightmare). On Feb 10th I had a follow-up virtual therapy session with Margaret Fitzpatrick. She suggested a refined exercise after watching me exercise. I feel confident that I will be able to get up off the floor as long as I do my exercises every other day. This is great! I got wonderful care from 1200 miles away. A perfect "10" score for Willow Grove PT! I highly recommend them either virtual or in-person physical therapy.
Rhoe R.
Kevin is the greatest therapist around. Very knowledgeable and attentive. His attention to detail and his caring acumen has my issues back on track .
Kathryn H.
My time at WGPT was what every PT experience should be. From the time you walk in you're greeted and cared for with professionalism and kindness. Everyone there truly cares about your recovery and are there every step of the way. I would recommend WGPT to anyone with any kind of PT needs, especially vestibular issues! They are truly great at what they do.
Cindy R.
I’m working with Kyle in the Hatboro office to improve tinnitus intensity and balance. Not only is Kyle highly-skilled, he is patient and compassionate. The exercises he recommended have been very helpful to relieve the intensity of my symptoms with the added benefit of relieving neck and back strain. If you are suffering from tinnitus or balance issues don’t give up. You will find the professional help you need here.
Elaine F.
Amy was very helpful and took much care
in making me as comfortable as possible.
She even offered to make a house call
which I did not need.
Angel L.
Thank you again for helping me with Vertigo. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Julie your caring nature and professionalism was top rated. I really appreciate all that WGPT did for me. From the front desk staff to Julie and the others I am grateful. Thank you again!

I had been going Willow Grove
Physical Therapy Since July last year. I was in a horrible shape my left hip hurt so much, walking was very painful even sitting. However after time of exercise my general health improved greatly. The staff are amazing they really know how to make you welcome, any questions you may have they will have the answer. All I can say is if you are in pain the only place to go to is Willow Grove Physical Therapy . Give them a call they have another locations.

Kevin Lynn and team at Glenside Physical Therapy were very accommodating with my busy schedule. They were able to see me twice a week for a very painful bursitis in both of my feet. Pleasant experience and professionals who like what they do for patients.
Mike M.
Dana is awesome. Although, it hurts to say so.
Debora S.
The staff is so efficient and courteous; my therapist, Courtney, is an excellent, caring and conscientious person. I am so thrilled to work with her again after my first knee surgery. Her knowledge is without a doubt unfaltering.

I have been a long time patient, and the office is such a positive place for rehab.
From the front desk, to my therapist, Julie.
She is incredible, patient, and an asset to the office.
Rose B.
Willow Grove physical therapy has always been my “place to go” when I have an injury or issue that requires PT. Kevin is fabulous, he took care of me for many of those problems. The whole team knows their stuff and I trust them all with my PT needs. Special shout out to Amy and Jackie who took care of me this last time and got me back on my feet again. You’re awesome.

I had a very successful pt experience and only stopped due to other health issues. I plan to resume at some time in the near future.
Veronica S.
This is my 2nd time in therapy in less than a year. 2 separate incidences.
I have been thoroughly pleased with the results from both sessions I have no problems from my former sessions
There is great progress this time around. It is a very comfortable atmosphere. The therapists have been very attentive to my pain. I would like to comment on their interns. This one especially has been very helpful and does a wonderful job
My progress is better than expected due to the attention to what I tell them prior to each therapy.
Margaret L.

Pleasant atmosphere. Everyone there was supportive and Kyle kept me going.I would highly recommend.
Janet F.
Over the past decade or so, whenever I've needed physical therapy I've gone to Willow Grove Physical Therapy. I've also recommended it to several people who have been similarly satisfied. Not only is it a pleasant, upbeat environment, but I feel very "seen" and well taken care of there. I also feel empowered to tell the therapist if I'm being insufficiently challenged, or if too much is expected of me. I know that it's easy for me to keep up the PT work at home for a while and then stop, so the more I can co-create a reasonable routine, the more likely I am to keep it going. Most important, I feel safe and respected. I have no need to go anywhere else for my physical therapy.
Doug T.
Very caring and professional evaluation and treatment from Anne for my vertigo problem.
stephen f.
I have just started with Kevin and have been very pleased with his techniques and enthusiasm in having me perform various exercises to improve my balance and agility
Bernadette D.
I met with Matt in February for 5 sessions with issues in my lower back.
He worked his magic and my hard work and my back problem resolved.
I find Matt to be a VERY intelligent therapist who thinks out of the box. His mind is constantly thinking ahead. He is genuinely interested in his patients and wants to help everyone get better. If you add that he’s also a good listener, you end up with a well rounded individual.
All of your therapists in your Hatboro office I find are terrific and well educated but Matt just stands out.
Thank you Margaret for hiring Matt. A very wise decision!
Jeanne N.
I had my initial evaluation and I was very pleased with the way Dana worked with me and in showing me the initial steps I needed to take to get my back in better condition. I had my follow-up and her gentleness and direction were excellent! She also laughs at my humor!
A very good experience!
Kathy L.
I am a patient at the Willow Grove Physical Therapy Willow Grove Branch.
Everyone there is so friendly and helpful!
My Therapist Julie is the best!
She is genuinely concerned about my health and my progress.
She lets me work at my own pace if I am hurting that day. I do my exercises at home so she can see my progress!
Thanks Julie for being there for me!
Denise t.
thank you KYLE I feel great. you are the best
Peter D.
I felt I really wanted to leave a testimony because of the outstanding work Erin K from Glenside PT has done with me after my shoulder surgery. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she helped me to feel very comfortable during my therapy as I progressed. She has also been a huge advocate for me. After we discovered an issue she advocated strongly with my surgeon (who would not take my word that there was a problem). Due to her perseverance my surgeon ordered more tests and diagnosed the problem. I have had a wonderful experience at Glenside PT thanks to Erin an the rest of the staff.
Margaret M.
Just finished therapy for my dizziness problem. I worked with Anne at the Hatboro office. She is so caring and patient. She always asks if I am okay to continue or if I need a break. Very good place for p/t.
Barbara C.
Jackie and the other therapist were extremely helpful with me. I never thought I would be able to stand on 1 foot with a neuropathy, but I am able to do that now. They were very patient with me when I had the flareups, but the flareups got better. I strongly recommend Willow Grove physical therapy and give them a 50-balloon salute! 🎈🎈🎈
Laurie D.
I just finished several weeks of physical therapy with Julie. She was so caring & help full reducing my pain while stretching & strengthening my back!! During COVID-19, the environment was sanitary & safe during my appointments!!
Jeannette S.
This is my second experience with this group of professionals! First time was for a cervical issue post surgery and the team then helped to restore me to a pain free state! This time for a left hip issue where Amy zeroed in on just the right exercises and movements to remove the pain! Blew me away how fast those moves would take away the pain but also a fear of my hip giving out! Miracle workers if you ask me! Highly recommend this team of caring professionals! Thank you!
Jeannette S.
My second time utilizing these talented professionals! I was experiencing left hip pain that was causing me to limp and felt like my hip was going to give out walking and traveling up and down stairs! I worked with Amy and her assistant Kelly who were phenomenal! They set me up with exercises that solved the issue! Amazed how a few right exercises and movements could get me back to pain free! Highly recommend this PT practice! Thank you! Now I can really dance at my daughters upcoming Wedding! Party ON! 😂👍💕
Alice P.
This is the place to go if physical therapy is needed. Everyone there is caring of your needs, and extremely helpful. All the staff is just terrific.
Doug T.
Had 5 sessions with Anne for vertigo over 3 weeks and my symptoms are completely gone. She is so helpful and patient. She tells you exactly what exercises to do in the office and at home to resolve this frustrating and debilitating condition. I recommend this office to anyone suffering dizziness.
Julia.
I almost don't want to write this because I don't want WGPT to be too busy if I ever need to come back and see them, haha!
In all seriousness, the people here are amazing. Dana is way too humble to admit it but she literally saved my life.
Everyone who works here is kind and it is clear that they really care about you. I've been to multiple PT places and this is by far the best one. You are NOT treated like a number here, everyone knows your name even if you aren't their patient and it's obvious that they are genuinely concerned about your health and invested in your progress. Each therapist is knowledgeable, caring, reassuring, and great at what they do. If you need physical therapy, I couldn't recommend this place highly enough!
Francine S.
Great TV ad. Appreciate getting your e-mails each month. Thank you for keeping me free of my positional Vertigo. Every day is special not to have it.
donald m.
Your staff not only knows their subject but they also know how to adjust to meet the individual needs of the patient !
Tom P.
So far I am very satisfied with the way Julie has helped me
Helen D.
Do you need pleasant, caring, compassionate skilled professionals to help you with a regimen of physical therapy? Willow Grove Physical Therapy is the place to go. Their competent staff will work tirelessly with you to get you back to your old self. Why settle for less when you can have the best!

Thank you to Julie for helping me with my back issues. I saw her for Vertigo a few years back and she was a miracle worker! She is kind, thorough and really cares about her clients. The entire staff in the Willow Grove office is wonderful, thank you!
Annemarie O.
I had an interesting and informative session with Kyle. Listened and had many ideas about how to help me improve my balance. The front desk was also helpful. Will recommend Willow Grove PT to everyone.
John K.
Kyle is a very knowledgeable therapist! He is compassionate to the needs of his patients. I didn't know what to expect when I started therapy and Kyle took the time to explain everything, set up a game plan & got me back on track. Highly recommended Kyle & Willow Grove Therapy.
Paulette H.
Pt is hard work but it works. Amy and Justin Made the hard work fun!
Joe G.
Thank you for my rotator cuff rehab. I now have 85% more motion and 100% strength.
Michael M.
I have worked with Dana on and off for 10years. My experience with her has always been positive, professional, compassionate , mixed with a lot friendly jabbing at each other (She is a great sport). Recently I have been diagnosed with Parkinsons. Giving the personal nature of it, I feel confident and comfortable working with her. On a personal note, when my wife passed away in December of 2019 her compassion and understanding was very beneficial. She’s top notch I could go on but it pains me too much to say all these good things about her, I’m having a weak moment lol.
Angelika K.
My initial meeting with Dr. Amole was great... I am looking forward to working with him. He explained everything to me, and listened to my concerns. Thank you so much for having kind and concerning doctor's.
Toby K.
Margaret Fitzpatrick and her employees are miracle workers!!!!! I never thought I would get my fun loving, exciting life back! I would walk and feel like I would pass out. I was diagnosed with Vertigo. For over a year I took meds and felt that my life as I knew it was over!!!! Well Margaret tested me and I have balance issues!!!!! Like coming off a cruise and not getting your land legs back. Few years back I had double knee replacement and was not able to get up from a fall. Sorta like a turtle when they get turned over on their shell. Thanks to Margaret and her awesome team I am able to get up by myself!!!!! A miracle in my life!!! Thanks to Margaret and her team I am successfully working on my balance. I will succeed to get all my balance back. I see improvements everyday!!!! I have friends that came to Margaret Fitzpatrick, Physical Therapist and also had successful results!!! I am a grateful client and Thankful for Margaret Fitzpatrick and her team!!! If you feel you need help, just try Margaret Fitzpatrick Therapy and never look back and never feel like you can’t get your life back again!!! THANK YOU AND BLESS THIS AWESOME TEAM OF THERAPY SPECIALISTS AND OFFICE SUPPORT!!!!
Andrea A.
This is my dedicated PT agency. The therapists here are a cut above and so highly skilled and patient and devoted.
Patrice S.
I am very grateful for the excellent plan of care offered by the staff in Glenside office.
Kevin & Justine were reassuring and always demonstrated professionalism and consideration in their services. The environment in the Glenside office reflects a warm cohesive facility from the front desk receptionist to the physical therapists. Thank you ! Keep up the great work!
Irwin L.
The service with Mike was an absolute 10!
Judy B.
I am a Registered Nurse who has worked 10 years at Moss Rehab. I recently had a shoulder injury and was treated at Willow Grove Physical Therapy. I would recommend them to everyone. They are very professional and know rehab. I could not have received better care. My therapist Amy and all staff where empathetic and up beat. Rehab is work and the attitude is so up beat it gives you the feeling I can do this. I also saw other therapist which was good because each one taught me something new. I have had a great experience and watched many others while there also receive great care.
Jeanne N.
I am really getting a lot of help but also important information on how I should be positioning myself when doing activities that aggravate my condition. I have to give a big shout-out and thank you to Dana for her patience, calmness and clear instructions during my visits!
Shaminah W.

I see Gina at Hatboro for my Vertigo. She has helped me work on my dizzy. problem after 3 visits and I am pleased with my progress to date. I am very pleased with Gina and ALL of the therapists who have helped me.
Arthur S.
Great job and professional in all respects. The eyes closed balace challenges were a bit more stressful than I desired perhaps I needed more assurance that the therapist was closer at hand then I perceived.
Thornton W.
As far I'm concerned Julie is a wonderful person and does her therapy in a very professsional way. I'm glad I have her.
Gerry M.
I had my knees replaced in February and March 2021. I started going to see Matt at Hatboro Office and he made the recovery easy. The work that he presented to made my recovery easy and rewarding. Thanks to Matt and he co-workers for the help.

When told you need physical therapy by your doctor first thing to think about is where can I get the best treatment. I have had to do therapy several times in the last 2 years and I can honesty say Willow Grove physical therapy has to me the best team you could ask for. They listen and make decisions based on your issues and they address each and everyone with the highest professional and personal care. They truly care about your issues and they do everything possible to get you back to a normal state of well begin that’s makes living an active live with almost no to very little issues. I can’t express in words how this team has helped me in many physical and mental issues. Not only do you get training you also get professional learning about all the reasons you are having problems to start with. They always provide you with treatment that will indeed get you back to normal or in some cases get you back to a point that your issues are controlled and it makes live much better always around. My recommendation is if you need any type of physical therapy go to the best in town Willow Grove Physical Therapy. The team they have are the best I can’t thank them enough for helping me get back to an active life.
A special thanks to Dana and the rest of the team.
Sincerely
Robert May

My visit today went well. I did more than i thought I could and the staff was very helpful with me being wound up. Thank you for the help and encouragement. I would refer your facility to my friends. Which a friend did for me.
Carol F.
I would recommend the physical therapist at this company. Dedicated, pleasant, knowledgeable, therapist
Donna C.
I was so pleased with my first visit. My therapist, Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful with my vertigo issues. I am happy I found your services.
Jan D.
After scary episodes of vertigo immediate relief from friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere.
Donna J.
I was referred to Willow Grove Physical Therapy because of a recent problem with vertigo and dizziness that surfaced in the last few months. Dr. Matt Fackner in the Hatboro location did a thorough evaluation and took time to clearly explain to me what factors can contribute to athe symptoms I was experiencing. In less than a month of visits, and doing the prescribed exercises at home, I am symptom free! Amazing! Matt’s knowledge, positive energy, pleasant, supportive manner, helped set me on a positive path. Everyone at the center was pleasant and professional.
John F.
Give them a 10

I have suffered with vertigo attacks for the better part of the last 10-15 years. And anybody who has them knows how to debilitating they are. The sense of relief that I got from the people taking care of me at Willow Grove specifically Julie and Kate was unbelievable. After 5 weeks of not being able to stop the attacks she kept working until they stopped. Wonderful people wonderful place. I would recommend them highly... Thank you for making my life better

The therapy was hard work but the staff were so helpful, knowledgeable, complimentary and considerate that I kept going back. And before I left they equipped me to maintain the progress I have made. Now I plan to justify their confidence in me.
Jay R.
I was recently here working with Erin. She was fabulous. The added bonus was Mike helping me with my golf swing. I highly recommend them both.
Charmaine H.
I can never say what your establishment did for me. I thought there was no end to my beginning but you guys made me feel as I was part of a family you healed my mind and my body and for that I thank you

I recently started vestibular therapy with Margaret and I have to say that I am very impressed after only three sessions. Margaret's evaluation and care plan is addressing all of my deficiencies and I am already feeling better. I would NOT be where I am today if not for Margaret and her wonderfully talented team including Jacqueline and Kyle. Thank you!!!
Jerry C.
It has been a great experience!
Very knowledgeable and motivating.
Entire staff is great.
Helped me with vestibular and balancing.
In simple words,
The best in the region.
Ginger O.
I have spent multiple hours rehabbing an injured hip, and now, a replaced hip and continue to be thrilled at the caliber of therapy offered at Willow Grove/Hatboro Physical Therapy. Here, unlike other facilities, you will be assigned a single therapist who will stay with you and follow you through the process of healing. Both locations offer an upbeat positive atmosphere, are encouraging, professional, and progress oriented. Plus, they LISTEN to the patients and their feedback!
Jackie Pedersen is my very favorite but I must say I have noticed the same upbeat, professional approach from all of the therapists I have watched. Love this place! 5 STAR thumbs up!!
Amy C.
Very Professional. The PT, Amy educated me extensively and it was so helpful. Once the PT was able to produce the pain she found exercises that relieved the pain. I keep doing the exercises and am delighted with the result and education.
Susan S.
I first used Willow Grove Physical Therapy ten years ago when I had a bout of debilitating Vertigo. I now have balance issues and again sought the help of WG Physical Therapy. In both cases I found the therapists to be knowledgable, professional and very competent. I highly recommend them!
Regina M.
Wonderful place! Have helped me tremendously with both my Vertigo issues, as well as my neck issues. All staff are professional, patient, and well trained. I have recommended their services to many friends. I am truly thankful that they are there for me!
Bill S.
Willow grove Pt is very professional group. I had several major problems with post knee replacement surgery. The physical therapists at Willow grove. Pt got me back on my feet and feeling great. I recommend this group to everyone. Thanks Dana
David T.
My first visit was with Dr. Margaret Fitzpatrick, PT, DPT, OCS, MDT, Vestibular Certified Therapist, Owner--she was wonderful and made the experience an excellent one!
Alison L.
I just completed therapy to address vertigo and balance issues that I’ve had for decades. I thought this was just something I had to live with but after about two months of therapy with Dana, I can do everyday activities I thought I’d never do again. Dana is awesome! I am a return client after successful treatment in 2019 for arm numbness caused by an ulnar nerve problem. I would be confident in any of the therapists here, but was happy to return to work with Dana. Both times I was struck by the feeling that I am in the hands of people committed to their profession and in an environment that allows staff to do what they entered the profession to do: spend time getting to know clients, provide individual attention and develop individualized treatment plans. It is clear that this business run by a PT who puts quality therapy first and attracts and retains excellent staff. I will actually miss my twice a week PT sessions, but am leaving with a strong home maintenance plan. Thank you, Dana, Margaret and everyone at Willow Grove PT!
Cheryl M.
I have been working with Amy Bock for 7 weeks. She is the reason for my successful recovery from a knee replacement! Her gentle and encouraging demeanor, her professionalism, the variety of exercises and equipment used, her obvious knowledge of the goals to be reached, have combined to make me reach my goal before expected. She is a quiet but firm cheerleader, interested in the well being of her patients. I am most grateful for her help.
Tom P.
I give Willow Grove a definite 10 Julie is the greatest I would recommend her to anyone Very courteous and profecional She really knows what she is doing and she has helped me a lot
Clare K.
Great! I always know where my future gets its foundation!!!
Sally V.
Have had two appointments with Margaret Fitzpatrick and she has helped me so much with my vertigo. Really appreciate her expertise. Thank you!
Sally V.
Dr. Margaret Fitzpatrick was able to cure my vertigo in 3 sessions and I am so pleased. I no longer have to suffer the terrible feeling of vertigo. Thank you Dr. Fitzpatrick!
Charles H.
Courtney has an excellent skill with getting strength in my legs. Grateful that I had the PT prior to my shoulder surgery. I had enough strength to use just my legs to get up out of a chair without using my arms. Courtney is now getting mobility in my arm and shoulder - professional, knowledgeable and very caring . She is careful to exercise just enough, but not to a point of hurting. Highly recommend Courtney.
Anthony P.
Thank you, Kyle. The therapy was very effective for my knee pain. Wasn't expecting much improvement but was pleasantly surprised.
Jennifer M.
My dad has been getting treated by Margaret and her staff for past few weeks for vertigo. After 2 sessions of vestibular therapy with Margaret, the vertigo was gone. He is still getting PT to help with balance and weakness, and is improving. Margaret is wonderful-- great at what she does, and so pleasant, as is the entire staff. I would highly recommend them for any physical therapy needs. And they have 3 locations, which makes scheduling an appointment convenient.
Karen R.
It is unbelievable and amazing! Before balance physical therapy, I literally planned each step that I took in hopes of not tripping, wobbling and/or falling down. I was getting worse and afraid of falling. Everyone and I mean everyone at the Willow Grove location acts professionally and make you feel comfortable even when you’re not comfortable with yourself! Now, I’m a new confident woman with no balance fears. It REALLY does work. A++ to Julie, Val and Kelly.
Shaun L.
After suffering a 5th Metatarsal Fracture over the summer I was referred to Willow Grove Physical Therapy from my podiatrist for my rehabilitation. I could not be happier with my time spent there. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable in their jobs. I was lucky to work with Dana who created a comprehensive program for me during my sessions, as well as, for me to complete at home. She gave me great encouragement and support throughout the whole process. The front desk was always so friendly (especially Marcy who was fantastic). When it came time to "graduate" from the program I was sad to leave all these wonderful people. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing physical therapy. I want to shoutout Dana once again for being an excellent physical therapist and overall great person to work with. I am now ready for my upcoming trip to hike all throughout Colorado. 5+++ Stars.
Helen M.
Glenside PT is great! Staff is superb!
Linda S.
I have been going to Willow grove Pt for many years for various types of therapy They are the best. All of the people that work there are so kind. A special thank you to my PT Julie Sergio. She is amazing.
Ellie G.
I’m working on vestibular therapy. It seems to be improving. Michelle is very thorough and kind
Linya M.
Very pleasant staff that showed care and attention to my ankle. Unfortunately my ankle is the same but not due to my therapy. I must get surgery to fix my ankle. Hopefully I will be able to come back for post surgery therapy.
Lisa G.
I cannot say enough good things about Jackie, Kyle and Michelle. As my primary treater, Jackie, took the time to listen to me and address my many issues. She and the other therapists went above and beyond every single session:
Veronica S.
I have used your therapy facilities on 2 separate occasions
Each time I have found your therapists knowledgable and keen to my problems
I have no after symptoms and feel fine
Chris M.
Mike A. is the BEST! He is so smart and truly listens and comes up with the right treatment plan. He treated me for vertigo AND a knee problem, expertly. I would definitely recommend (and I have) to anyone looking for a great PT and an independent practice. Great people and individual attention overall--not cookie cutter like you'd get in a PT franchise/chain!
Stanley G.
Great People.
Terry J.
Spring/summer of this year I was experiencing dizziness and balance issues. I went here for a number of sessions and it was great. Everyone was so kind, positive and professional.. I am no longer having issues. Feel 100% better. Thank you Kevin.
Dwight C.
Erin and others did a fantastic job getting me back after my hip replacement.
Royce H.

Kim C.
I was having Vertgo for a month and your therapist Mike fixed my problem with one visit! So thankful!
Jan D.
Very friendly staff and very effective treatment

Gina was fantastic. Very knowledgeable- always had a new exercise to challenge me and find a better way to hit those weak spots. It always comes down to you doing the actual work, but Gina’s guidance, motivation and caring manner made me want to do the work. Highly recommend.

Went here for therapy before and after knee replacement surgery. The therapists were thorough and professional. Their encouragement and support helped tremendously. The atmosphere in the office was friendly and made the experience (almost) fun!
