So far so good! Easy to make the initial appointment. Check-in process was quick and easy. Staff was familiar with insurance, so no issue there. Kelly the therapist began our session at the scheduled time. She explained what she was doing and her plan to treat and what I could do to expedite my healing. It is early in the process. I went to PT Solutions for Vestibular Therapy, and had an incredible experience. Kelly and Nolan were kind and attentive, and thoroughly assessed and evaluated my condition to ensure they were able to provide me with the best support to make progress as quickly as possible. Every session was helpful, and I felt like I made great strides each visit. In addition to helping me recover, they were also friendly and I enjoyed talking to them about things beyond therapy. The PT center is extremely clean and organized, and very conveniently located. They are also flexible with appointments so it was easy to get sessions that worked with my schedule. PT Solutions accepts every person, either insured or uninsured, with or without a referral. For acute or chronic pain, even before going to a Specialist, you can be evaluated, and if applicable, a script for exercises and shown how to do the exercises correctly. Don’t be too fast to get surgery. Try PT first.
